This excursion involves prolonged periods of riding in a van. Of our 9 hr day, only about 2 hrs were spent out of the van. The scenery is beautiful, but it was an extremely long day. Our guide was friendly and thoughtful about taking our pictures. For the cost of the trip, the experience was disappointing.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied. It seems that you don't prefer longer drivers so you should have chosen a shorter tour. The tour The Heart of Norway is 8-9 hours long trip with overall about 5 hours driving (Bergen-Viking Town in Gudvangen 2 hours 15 min drive) , rest is stops divided into 3-5 different locations. In order to see the nature outside Bergen, some driving is always necessary. If you want to see the more remote areas such as Sognefjorden, it is not possible to avoid longer drives.
