The queue to enter the Museum/Square space was 2 hours and 20 mins long. By the time I entered, the Museum had closed to new entrants. Suggest booking morning slots for everything in China.

We completely understand how disheartening it must have been to queue for over two hours only to find the museum closed to new visitors. While entry reservations are within our control, unfortunately, on-site wait times—especially at major attractions during peak periods—are managed by the venue and can be affected by security checks, crowd levels, and daily capacity limits, all of which are beyond our influence.
