Overview

Learn to mix rum-based cocktails with Barbados' "Mixologist of the year" for two consecutive years, Dameain! A brand ambassador for West Indies Rum Distillery's rums, Dameain is also a TV personality. He offers a master mixology class on Brighton Beach, where you will learn to make three rum-based cocktails accented by local flavors. Dameain travels to the US to educate audiences about rum at various spirit festivals, and will happily share his knowledge in appreciating rum! Your experience includes a brief history of the distillery and a rum tasting in addition to a mixology/cocktail making class paired with local finger foods.
