The view was amazing and the food was great! We had Joy for the rum tasting! Joy was very amazing, had great energy and very patient! I would do this over a 5 hour rum tasting tour! We were able to hangout at the beach afterwards as well!

The staff are amazing, the best customer service I have had on the island
We only did the rum tasting, they made it fun, we learned something and had some rum on the way. Session was just long enough to keep everyone engaged.
We had food during our stay, was very tasty and the menu was as expected for a beach bar experience
We stayed on the beach after the rum tasting and took advantage of the free sun beds. The beach is amazing, very quiet amazing view, calm blue waters. Rum cocktails

The rum tasting was good but the beach was quiet and beautiful. It was a wonderful day and if you enjoy tasting some great rum I would advise doing this.

Very unorganized and beach umbrellas weren’t secure and were dangerously blowing around the beach. Weren’t able to access food menu. So we just left. Bery disappointed. Only gave two stars because the people working they were very nice.

We booked this tour to get a rum tasting in and we didn't have any expectations but WOW we were so thrilled by this experience. Perfect beach getaway, rum tasting, and some of the friendliest people there. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

What fun!! From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a smile and a delicious rum punch to the end of the day spent on the beach. Our tour guide, Saraih, did a great job explaining the process during our distillery tour, answering our questions and navigating the rum tasting. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly made the experience a 10/10! After the tour we enjoyed the gorgeous beach, complete with loungers, food, and a bar. We look forward to being back someday!

This was an amazing experience! Rum tasting with history and knowledge sharing from the staff. Follow that up with Stades own beach bar and soft sand beach with umbrellas.
There were 15 total people on this beach and the soft sand and calm waters made for excellent ocean time.

Walking with a cane is difficult but not impossible, 2flights of stairs.it was worth every step. Great tour, beach was peaceful.

Wonderful experience. The tasting and the beach were fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quick tasting, but still receive all the basic knowledge on how rum is made.

We were greeted by a lovey lady named Joy. We were a bit early but was given a Rum punch and was able to use beach with beds and umbrella at No extra cost. The lady who gave us a tour and samplings of different rums was really nice and exceptionally knowledgeable, after tour we had a lovely lunch and drink then spend a hour on the beach, great value for money and have recommended friend and family .

Fabulous location and the beach club was a lovely bonus! Great staff who were both fun and very knowledgable about their products. In our tasting we learned about the different rums and their ingredients that gave the flavours of each individual rum. And how to drink or mix them.We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

The rum tasting in Barbados was such a fun experience! Our host was absolutely amazing—she was hilarious, super polite, and kept the entire group engaged the whole time. She made the tasting feel lively and entertaining while still being informative, and honestly, she was the highlight of the experience.
I do wish the tasting itself was a bit longer, and it would have been great to actually see the inner workings of the distillery where the rum is produced. That would have added an extra layer of depth to the experience.
That being said, for the price, it was absolutely worth it. The atmosphere was fun, the rum was delicious, and our guide made it unforgettable. Definitely something I’d recommend if you’re looking for a lighthearted and enjoyable way to experience Barbados rum culture.

This is not a tour but a tasting. The rums are excellent and the beach is beautiful but best of all our tasting guide was delightful. Her name was Sarai I probably spelled it wrong but she was great

We began our holiday in Barbados with four hours on a beautiful, secluded beach at Stade’s facility. Our service, food, and rum tasting was top notch, and our rum guru, Asha, was both knowledgeable and lovely! We enjoyed our time learning about rum with her very much. Don’t hesitate to visit! Can’t beat this opportunity for the low price!

All of the staff were great! From the time we arrived, rum presentation Asha was fabulous, very informative and personable. Johanna met us and guided us throughout the day. If you're in Barbados and looking for an unforgettable experience, the Stades Rum Tasting is a must! It’s the only rum distillery on the island with a beachfront, and let me tell you, the beach is absolutely stunning. The entire setting creates a laid-back but vibrant atmosphere that makes the whole experience feel special.
The person leading the rum tasting was the perfect blend of fun, knowledgeable, and professional. They made the tasting an entertaining and educational experience, sharing fascinating insights about the history and making of rum, all while keeping the mood light and engaging. It was clear they knew their stuff, but their humor and warmth really took the experience to the next level.
After the tasting, we enjoyed a delicious lunch, which was the perfect complement to the rich flavors of the rum we had just sampled. It was the ideal way to wrap up an unforgettable afternoon by the beach.
For anyone visiting Barbados, Stades Rum Tasting is not just about sipping great rum—it’s about enjoying the whole experience in a beautiful setting with a team that knows how to make it memorable. Highly recommend!

Great tasting experience. The staff were absolutely incredible - knowledgeable and super friendly. The beach was spectacular with chairs and umbrellas for you to use. The food was also delicious. I would highly recommend and I hope to be back soon!
