Pickup details
Because the Barbados pier is used for both cruise ships and cargo, you will most likely take a shuttle bus to the cruise terminal. On exiting the terminal you will arrive at the gate departure area. Our Excursions depart from Gate 1. A representative from Beautiful Barbados Tours & Excursions will meet you in this area. He or she will be holding a Beautiful Barbados Tours & Excursions sign and will direct you to your tour vehicle. We can't stress enough the importance of being on time for all trips.
Itinerary
After being picked up from your Barbados hotel, meet your guide and group and set out to the island’s East Coast. After a quick stop to admire the views from Cherry Tree Hill, arrive at Morgan Lewis Windmill, the island’s last remaining sugar mill. Enjoy a guided tour of the historic mill, watch a sugar grinding demonstration, and sample a glass of sweet sugar cane juice.
Continue along the coast to Bathsheba, one of the island’s most stunning beaches. Then, stop at St. John's Church, a 17th-century Gothic-style church located in a stunning cliff-top setting, affording impressive views along the coast.
Head toward the West Coast, passing through St. George’s Parish and the Gun Hill Signal Station on the way to Bridgetown. Then, spend time exploring the Garrison Historic Area, part of the Bridgetown UNESCO World Heritage site, and learn more about the island’s colonial history and independence.
Next up is some time at a resort in Carlisle Bay, where you can relax on a lounger on the beach time with a complimentary welcome drink.

We must also ensure we take care of all our customers and ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle. If you are ill on board, you will be required to reimburse the driver before the end of the tour for the cleaning fee of between US seventy five and one hundred and fifty dollars. Combination of too little seats and two many people, knees hit seat in front of you if taller than 5’6. More mountain views seeing the same view different angle. Sugar mill under construction, no assist on/ off. Driver never left seat, talked on phone. Take Taxi and go to beach

Pay close attention to time zone
Carnival cruise does not change to island time & they don’t reimburse if you miss the tour because of this!

What we do not reimburse for is when customers tell lies and try to make our company look bad rather than just state the truth that their ship was later and then of course we give a refund. Instead this person lied and said no one showed up for them. We pointed this out to them and they still refused to handle the situation in a mature and honest way. Had they been honest they would have been refunded.

Especially if you're a first time visitor to Barbados, I think this was a wonderful overview of some of the more rural parts of the island with several stops for both photo ops and visiting historic places. Our guide Corey was both knowledgable and very patient. We ended the tour with time on Carlisle Beach, which while crowded, was a beautiful, pristine white sand beach with turquoise water, plenty of beach chairs with umbrellas, food and beverage concessions and water sports available. A little extra beach time would have been ideal, but we enjoyed this excursions tremendously.

Was worried about booking a direct tour rather than through cruise line, but all was fine. The driver wasn't the best tour guide but the tour was enjoyable and the island is beautiful. I would be more than happy to book this company again when next visiting.

Charles our tour guide was phenomenal. He is personable and knowledgeable. The tour bus was very clean and welcoming. We especially enjoyed our trip to Savvy on Carlisle Bay. The beach was perfect.

This was my first time booking an excursion outside the cruise line so I was very nervous. Thankfully the reviews I read were accurate. It was easy to locate gate 1 at the port & get checked in.
Our tour guide was Narren aka Santa due to his immaculate beard and the Santa hat he wore. He was very knowledgeable & took us all around the island. The experience was great minus the rain that none of us had any control over (ruined our beach day so now I must come back!) but the locals needed it as that is their source of water. We saw Rihanna’s childhood home which was pretty cool! A lot of the monuments were neat and the views were stunning from the top of the hills.
Sadly I forgot to grab cash before getting off the ship so I wasn’t able to offer a very well deserved tip to Narren. It’s been bugging me all day. If you happen to get Narren as your tour guide & can comfortably throw in a buck or two to make up for me, I’d forever be grateful!
I 1000% recommend using Beautiful (Barbados) tour ltd when considering other option to explore the island!

Good Day. I am sorry you were disappointed in the beach but happy you found it pretty. The beach is as described on the tour description and indeed one of the most beautiful beaches in the caribbean. As the 20ft map of the bay shows at your drop off location beach shows it has several shipwrecks that you can snorkel on in the bay. Most persons so take a boat out to them but good swimmers do swim out to them.
The roads are bumpy in some areas and are maintained by the government.

The company knocked this out of the park! Our ship was delayed and they waited for us. They were easy to locate, were organized and the driver was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The beach was beautiful, however, it was too crowded for us. Many took a taxi back to the ship as a result. The bar help were not the friendliest group but we didn't go thirsty.

Some of the sightseeing attractions were only passed by slow driving bus without photo taking options. After the last two hour stop at Carlisle beach we reached the meeting point about 5 minutes late. Our tour guide dissappeared and left us behind without any return option. Other guys of the tour operator offered us then a return for additional cash. Unacceptable!

This tour gave us a perfect overview of Barbados and covered all the sites detailed in the itinerary. There was a total of four people on the tour and we were picked up from Barbados cruise terminal. Throughout all booking, pickup and the tour itself were fulfilled in an efficient and professional manner. The standout element was our driver and tour guide Lisa. She was brilliant, a true font of knowledge and interesting insights. Lisa answered all our questions with interest, patience and humour, she is a real star! We enjoyed all the sights including, Bathsheba, St John's Church, Garrison Savannah and ended with 2 plus hours at Carlisle Bay. Savvy on the Bay was great, we had sun beds a parasol and an included drink. We hadn't been ti this beach club before but would recommend it. All their facilities are in good order with a nice range of food and drink available.
Overall we were so happy to have taken this tour, it delivered on it promises and Lisa was the perfect driver-guide!

A full packed day with Storm our driver and guide. She was amazing . She knew everything about the island and gave us snip it’s of her background life living on the island. So interesting and very friendly. Tour around all the coast of the island and to finish off with a few hours on Carlisle beach was a great end to the brilliant day. Only 4 of us in the emasculate air conditioned minibus which seats 5 and bottled water on offer . Highly recommend especially if you get Storm as your guide and driver for the day 👍 nothing was a problem and loved being asked questions about the island and it’s culture

Dunstin was our tour guide and did a great job driving and explaining the sights and history of the island. We made all the stops listed in the tour description (Cherry Tree Hill, Morgan Lewis Windmill, Bathsheba, The Garrison Savannah and Carlisle Bay). We didn't make the stop at St Johns due to a downpour. It was a great overview of the island and our guide made sure we were informed and comfortable. I think all the sights were fantastic and loved learning about the island. I would recommend this tour if you would like an overview of the island.

This tour was average in what sites it offers. However our guide, Charles (aka Mike) was wonderful. His knowledge of the island was fantastic. The stops were mediocre at best but he made it worthwhile.

Lisa gave us a lot of information. She was great. Did the land tour 1st then she dropped us off at Carlisle beach!! We were there for 2 hours. Got one drink with the tour, had lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. The water was beautiful. So blue!! It was a great day

This was a great way to see the highlights of the island over the short period of time we had there. Charles was a great tour guide and picked us up promptly at 9 am. We were the only people on the tour and we appreciated the personal touches that Charles added to the tour. We saw a lot over the three hours we were with him. The view of the Scottish District from Cherry Hill was awesome. We drove past several Chattle Houses where former slaves lived on the plantations and by Harrison's Savannah a World Heritage Site. We got out at Bathsheba Beach and the beautiful St. John Parish Church and cemetery. The walkabout at both places was very interesting. Along the way Charles answered any of the questions we posed. We decided to forego our time at the beach as it was raining off and on, but overall we felt we got a good feel for the island and it's history. Charles was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed this tour and would recommend it and Charles for any future travelers to Barbados.
