Minimum age use this Salt Cave Halotherapy service is 6 months and above. Infant visiting needs to pay same price as adult and must be accompanied with paid adult. Minimum number required for this Salt Cave Halotherapy service is two people.

Each session of Salt Cave Halotherapy is valid for two to six people at same time of session. Can be your own group or mixed group (shared). We also request that you are mindful of others in the therapy room, please maintain self-respect.
Not suitable for Pregnant Ladies, Having High-Grade Fever, Open Wound or Sepsis, Cough With Blood, Any Form of Tuberculosis.
If has underlying medical conditions should be on regular meds and vitals should be stable at the time of visit.
Each visit begins with a free briefing session of from 5 to 15 minutes. Followed with one session of Salt Cave Halotherapy for 45 minutes.
Ideal clothing for the Salt Cave Halotherapy would be any comfortable clothing.
Each person visiting please bring two big bath towel, one hand towel and bottle of water for your Salt Cave Halotherapy session.
For best results, it is recommended not to shower for at least 2 hours after treatment.

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring 2 bath towels. One to lie on and one to cover you in case you get cold. It is chilly in the cave.

Rude customer service, we get there and we’re waiting for 20 minutes, then we were told it was canceled and money would be refunded. And when I texted Viator bout it, they refuse to refund.

And when I texted Viator bout it, they refuse to refund.” Beka if you recall and as per booking confirmation you made booking with us on 13 June 2025 11:59 AM GMT+12, I as supplier I logged into supplier portal and send message to traveller to provide additional info on 13 June 2025 3:10 PM NZT. Anyone who wish to book or visit must have read these lines as it clearly written on our deal which indicate booking policy plus requirements for visiting us “Please provide details for each person visiting us for your booking and health & safety formalities by submitting via Google Form (link shred on top or bottom for your use) or can email us at infosaltcavenz@gmail.com : Full name, DOB, gender, mobile number, email address, address, medical / surgery / allergy history details, list of medications if taking any. Discounted spaces are valid for a new customer only.” As till this week no response, on 22 October 2025 I had called you on number found on booking submission as it went to voice message I left voice message for you to check my message plus provide additional info so booking can be done. Again on morning of 26 October 2025 at 8:37 AM NZT I again called as it went to voice message I again left voice message to provide info for booking. On day of visit 26 October 2025 I waited for you both to arrive though might come early or just before time so can collect info for booking formalities plus cater with service booked. As you both did not arrive till 10:10am I had to start other clients who were booked plus I had very busy day back to back booking. About 10:30 AM you both arrived and I was already performing service to other clients, hearing your voice I asking permission with attending client I went to reception and spoke to you both and said I am sorry I can't help any more or cater your booking as I am busy with other clients plus you both were late and if you want to dispute or have any more to discuss about booking or cancellation or refund I can't help need to contact Viator. After you both left and you communicated with Viator, I received email from Viator: “The customer stated that she was there but you did not take them and she would like to be refunded full price + amount I had to pay for taxi back and forth”. Beka please recall as supplier I have done my best from time you had booked and wanted to help till last minute, but if you have failed to provide info in advance or did not turn up before time or on time which I would help, but as you never responded to my massage or call, you came late I couldn't help as I was already busy with other booked clients. This is real entire scenario of your case, as after I received message from Viator for your complain I had written email to Viator with same information I wrote above as clarification and also attached photos as evidence of message I had done though supplier portal plus phone call record for better understanding plus for dispute which you have submitted for us. Please be advice if a similar scenario happens when client books with us directly no refund would be issued and client has breached "Privacy & Terms of Service https://saltcavenz.co.nz/privacy-&-terms-of-service". I assume it might be similar for any business and also with Viator would have done if they faced similar scenario like this. Our moto is client's wellness & satisfaction and we try to maintain this as much as we can.
