Driver was in time, easy to find. It is a long walk to get to the car so you need to be prepared to push your luggage a block or so.

With regards to shifting of the luggage from the terminal to the car , Auckland airport is working on the situation trying to make more easier to the travellers.

We were met right at the exit to customs. Driver took our luggage immediately and transfer was quick. Car was very clean and driver very friendly.

Roger was our driver and he picked us up at the airport and drove us right to our cruise ship. Roger communicated with us via email messages to confirm the pickup time and location. He left his number if we ran into any issues. He arrived on time in the location he prearranged with us which was right next to the arrival gate. We had a great conversation with Roger heading to the ship. He was informative and very friendly! A+ service

Our driver was prompt and our vehicle was very good. The cruise ship wanted $65 pp for a drop off at the airport and they had mentioned that taxis were limited at the port in Auckland. I immediately searched Viator and within minutes had our reservation. Would definitely use their service, again!
