Kris and Black Car Transfers & Tours Limited was an absolute pleasure to work with! Kris kept us well informed and updated through emails and text messages so we were never left “wondering” or concerned about anything. Kris was waiting for us as we cleared customs and escorted us to his nice, clean vehicle. He drove safely and was very informative. I highly recommend his service! On our return trip to the Aukland airport from the hotel, Surinder was on time, friendly and drove safely.

Excellent Airport Transfer Service

We were leaving Auckland for a cruise and had a lot of luggage so we booked this company based on reviews Kris was terrific to work with. He suggested a larger car to accommodate all the items you need when you are traveling for three weeks. Highly responsive to our contact requests, on time, cold bottle of water waiting, excellent vehicles, great commentary on the way to our hotel. Well worth it. No hassle pick up in a foreign country is always a plus. Highly recommend.
