Caving is an adventure activity and carries an inherent element of risk
Tours only run if it is safe, which is most of the time. However, prolonged heavy rain can result in rising water levels in the caves, in which case the tours would be cancelled
A good to moderate level of fitness is required
Participants must be 12 years of age or older (proof of age may be required).
A minimum weight requirement of 45kg applies
Participants should be comfortable in water and capable of walking, climbing, swimming, and navigating uneven terrain
This experience includes confined spaces, darkness, and cold-water conditions
Guests must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect their ability to participate
Participants are required to complete a disclosure form covering health, physical ability, impairments, and water preparedness
