Our transfer service between Athens airport and our downtown hotel was excellent. The driver reached out to us as we arrived and met us outside the terminal within a few minutes. He dropped us off at our hotel without any issues. I would recommend this transfer service.

My wife and I booked this agency to take us from Athens to our hotel. It was our 30 yr Anniversary. While almost to Athens, mid flight from US, I receive message from agency refunding my money for no reason. We had to scramble last minute to get a ride. Stressful

We are a party of six adults and were very happy with this company for our transfer from the airport to our hotel in Athens. Nikos met us in the baggage claim and we were on our way. There were cold waters for us in the van and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We ended up using them two more times to get from the hotel to the cruise port and from the cruise port to our hotel after the cruise. Very comfortable and top notch service.

The driver was great so this is not directed at him. I was completely expecting a limo as was described in the description. This is a minivan and not a limo which is a huge difference. It also made a difference in the price.

Yanis was not only an expert driver, but gave us enough information about the city that he helped us plan the free time we had before our cruise. After he heard me gasp at the sight of a Jacaranda tree, he made sure to take us past a street lined with them! I was disappointed, paying so much and we got an inexperienced tour guide. He was very nice but didn’t tell us much about Athens. No bottled water and spent more time in traffic then seeing Athens. Tour guide asked if we were ready to go back at 1:30 pm. Will think twice about going with Viator again.

Driver and English speaking assistant were right there at arrivals to meet us with a sign with our name on it. He was so helpful with our 5! suitcases and made it all fit. Great conversationalist and he made us feel welcome in Athens.. He got us to hotel safely, which in Athens was a real feat! I would highly recommend this company. They were very professional and even called me personally to check on the status of our arrival as our plane was a half late and baggage arrival took a half hour.
