We had Panos and he was incredible! We were only going to be in Athens for a day and despite the rain, he gave us such a wonderfully full and comprehensive tour. He was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming.

Stavros was on time, friendly, and informative. He took us to all the sites, showed us where to go and gave the highlights of each location. He also told us a lot about what’s happening now in Greece which we enjoyed. We only have one day and it was perfect way to see what we wanted.

Our driver Petros was amazing! Picked up in a luxurious van with bucket seating facing each other. We had a lot of luggage and the storage area in the back compartment, held everything with room to spare. Speaks very clearly in English. Had great conversations about the country. Allowed us to modify our timeline for additional fee but was well worth it. Highly recommend him for sightseeing adventure!

Petros was an excellent guide. He was prompt, had a very comfortable van, and offered water often. We saw multiple locations and he shared interesting facts about the city. He ensured we had front door service and kept an eye on our stuff left in the van while we toured.

We had a great tour with Dimitrous. He was easy to communicate with and patient with us as we had not listed our pickup address correctly. We saw all the major landmarks in Athens and learned a lot about its history.

What an amazing experience. We actually booked this tour not realizing it was a private tour. The tour hosts graciously planned so we could travel with the friends we were traveling with. Panos was an amazing tour guide. We got to see so much and learn about the history of the sites we visited. He was always concerned about our well being and made sure we were comfortable in his car and that we had water and shade in the heat of Athen’s afternoon. Our family of 4 had a great half day tour and highly recommended seeing the highlights of Athens this way.

I loved this tour. The guide drove us to all the highlights of Athens giving us background on our next stop on the way. They did not enter any museums or sites with us, giving us the freedom to tour as we wanted! It was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Brilliant way to get around Athens and see everything! This is a small group tour and given we were a group of 5 limited to us. The tour is essentially a driver/guide who navigates your party from location to location but leaves you to visit the sites on your own. This is most appropriate given the locations. Our guide was lovely. He offered interesting commentary, ensured we saw all the right things the right way, gave us leave for how long we would be at each location, and allowed us to text when we were ready to proceed to the next location. Well worth the time to ensure you see everything especially if you have limited time in Athens!

Our driver was great. Very friendly. However, this is a tour without much of a guide. He is more of a driver He drives you to the points, but doesn’t leave the car and tell you about the spots you’re driven to. He is not a tour guide. You drive in his taxi. So if you’re just looking for a ride to the sights, without a guide to tell you history, then this is for you. We wanted more so that’s why we gave three stars. You have to buy your tickets to the museum and Acropolis in addition to this so it was an expensive day without much history from our guide.

Thank you for your review. We are happy the driver was great. As we clearly state in the experience description the driver has deep knowledge of Athens history, and they will provide it to you at every site, but they are not allowed to accompany you inside them. The extra cost for the tickets is again included in the description of the experiece. This happens because the tickets can only be issued by the official government website and nowhere else. Please read the descriptions of the experiences you book carefully to avoid this kind of confusion in the future. Sadly we can not improve anything you mention as it is not part of our experience and also included in the description of the tour.

Panos was great. On time and never rushed us at any of the sites. Gave us insight to the city and current local culture in addition to the history of Acropolis and Parthenon. Took us to other spots around the city including watching the changing of the guards, university/library buildings and the best lookout points of the city where most tour guides and busses don’t/can’t go. Pick up points at each sight were right in front! Made a huge difference given how hot it is in Athens. Thank you Panos!

Very incredible from start to finish. Panos was an amazing driver and guide—taking us to all the highlights of Athens. Be sure to opt in to see the Acropolis Museum. Fantastic! And the best part was escaping the heat while in a cool comfortable car, as well as seeing local favorite spots.

Stavros was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable about the city he crew up in. He provided a lot of good information. It was a big plus that his Tesla was outfitted as a taxi. He could park just about anywhere and not have the police hassle him. Please keep in mind that he is not a licensed tour guide and is unable to accompany you to the many historical sites. He will drop you off, give you a time estimate, and then pick you back up. If you are looking for a truly guided tour while at the historical sites, your best option is to book a different excursion
