Eleanore is a great classic cook, knowledgeable in all things classic Italian. She is caring and loves it when clients connect and enjoy conversation around the dinner table once the cooking is done. I love how she takes time to respond to questions and explains different elements like the type of flour she uses and why things are done in such a way... like when sausage is cooked separately from mushrooms, then combined to make the sauce. We had fun and learned a lot. I plan on trying the sauces at home and sending pics and feedback to Eleanore on social media.

Our time with Eleanora learning the 3 sauces was so fun! We started across the street sampling meat and cheese with amazing sauces. So enjoyable! When it was time, he returned us to Eleanora and we jumped right in, chopping, sautéing, stirring and tasting. She boiled pasta to eat with the sauces and we sampled everything. It was all amazing! We took all the leftovers back to our hotel and shared with our travel companions. None was wasted! Great experience!!

We arrived at a lovely home in Assisi for our cooking experience that we thought was only a couple of hours in duration. Upon arrival we were given an aperitivo along with some local meat and cheese sandwiches that were delicious, while chatting and enjoying the garden. There were seven family members including my four year old nephew who was delighted to be given toys to play with while we got to know the family hosting the class. We then entered the kitchen where we began our cooking experience learning how to make various pastas, sauces and tiramisu. Everyone took turns churning, rolling, smelling, playing and enjoying. Arlesiana, our maestro is a magician in the kitchen and a lovely human being. After cooking we all (my family and the hosts') sat around the dinner table eating everything we had just prepared while enjoying numerous bottles of wine. The experience was above and beyond. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we did not want to leave. In fact we were at the house until the late afternoon and still needed to explore Assisi. If you are looking for an authentic Italian cooking experience, this is one not to be missed. Loved!!!

What a lovely evening. We made fettuccini, part of a chocolate dessert, and Umbrian bread. Eleanora was adorable, accomadating and spoke pretty good English. The facility/large room was well equipped and beautiful. The meal we jointly prepared for all 11 of us with Eleanora was delicious. The entire event was a wonderful experience. Very Italian !
