Perfect, amazing experience!! Everyone and everything was great. Our guide, Giulia was a treasure, very informative and a joy in to be with. The family at the winery were very kind and friendly. We loved all of the wines and the snacks were excellent. Needless to say we are going home with wine, olive oil and balsamic. The olive oil and balsamic was also amazing. We loved every minute.

What a fantastic family winery. We enjoyed our tour and tasting so much. The snacks with the tasting were some of the best of our trip. Guilia was energetic and entertaining. One of the highlights of our trip!

Getting picked up by one of the tour guides who drives you to the vineyard and explains things along the way is an excellent experience. The exploration of the organic wine making process along with seeing of the process is a memorable way of learning. After seeing and learning about the processing of the grapes and olives it was delightful to sit down with some family members and have them pour wine, olive oil and taste them along with some charcuterie. The aged balsamic vinegar tasting and explanation tops off the whole experience in a comfortable setting.

We had a great time. We were picked up at the hotel as it was closer than the meeting spot. So extra points for that. It wasnt rushed. Highly recommend that 25 yr old Balsamic Vinegar.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Maria, Annalaura, and Giulia. Giulia kindly picked us up and took us to Tili Wines. We enjoyed tasting the five wines plus the bonus of their cabernet. The bruschette accompaniments were fabulous, and we so enjoyed trying their olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar as well. We also had a tour of the winery itself. Such a lovely experience with people who value what they’ve done for many, many generations! So highly recommend! Maria was so engaging and personable. It was a delightful event!

Good wines, great views

Giulia was our guide and picked us up from the meeting point to drive us to the winery. Views of the countryside are spectacular. The wine was good and we also enjoyed the bruschetta and salumi platter we were served. They made fresh apple juice for the kids which was a very nice touch. The winery operation is small which makes it easy to see everything in a short time. Overall highly recommended.

A wonderful experience and a terrific way to spend part of our day. Our guide, Gaia, was very knowledgeable and took her time in explaining and answering various questions about all aspects of wine, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil production. The wine, vinegar and oil tasting along with various meats, cheeses and bruschetta was very good. The day visited; it was just the two of us and Gaia picked us up in her little Fiat in Assisi to bring us to the winery. We enjoyed our tasting overlooking the Umbrian countryside while sitting in a clear dome which protected us from the wind but allowed us to still be outdoors…it’ll be perfect for those who visit when the weather cooler or raining. So much passion for the work that is done on this family farm. Everything was excellent. We ordered a case (mixed wine/oil/vinegar) to be delivered back to the US and we are looking forward to receiving it. You will leave happy that you came!

Annalaura was friendly and engaging, answering all our questions about the wines. The tasting was great and she adjusted the food offering to meet our vegetarian needs. The tasting was lovely outside overlooking the vines and surrounding area.

While the actual space for wine making wasn’t super alluring, the restaurant and its view were breath taking! My husband and I loved the wines and left buying several bottle. We also enjoyed the amazing balsamic. Definitely recommend the tour.

Authentic Wine Tasting

We LOVED this entire tasting from start to finish, it literally felt like coming over to a friend's house and seeing one of their passions. We toured their winery, learned about local growing traditions, and had an entire meal with several wines that was just perfect. In fact the food was so good we bought a bottle of olive oil right there and they baked us some bruschetta to take back with us to the hotel. If you're going anywhere near Assisi you have to come here, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Charming family run operation. Great food, but watch out if you're driving afterwards. They give you lots of wine!!! I would have like more information about vinegar distillery. It was too brief.
