The van was nice. They were on time. The car seats for my kids had broken buckles and would not buckle properly. We let the staff know and they did not fix it it for the return trip.

We take safety very seriously, especially when it comes to children’s seating. After reviewing our records and conducting an internal check, we did not find any reported issues with the car seats used for your transfer. Additionally, we were unable to locate any communication or complaint received at the time of your arrival regarding a malfunctioning buckle.
Had we been made aware of the issue during your transfer, our team would have immediately addressed it or arranged a replacement to ensure your children’s safety and comfort. Unfortunately, without that notification, we were not given the opportunity to resolve the concern prior to your return trip.
We always encourage guests to report any issues directly by contacting us immediately so we can take prompt action. Your feedback is appreciated and will continue to help us maintain our standards.

On time and very professional. I wasnt expecting 5 stat VIP service. I thought I would be in a van with other people but I was picked up in a black car and single rider.

This service picked us up at the airport and took us to our resort and then returned us to the airport. Don’t recommend renting a vehicle as we seen most roads outside of town often did not have street signs.

This process was by far the best way to go upon arrival to Aruba. We had three adults and two little kids. The process seamlessly and effortlessly for us. It was a spacious van and had the perfect car seats and booster seat for our needs. Highly recommend for families. You’ll be thrilled to skip the taxi line

Max was our driver and he was excellent! He was even a few minutes early to pick us up, which my husband loved because he was worried about making it back to the airport on time. Max told us a ton of history about the island, shared stories, and was very conversational, which we really enjoyed. It was a very easy ride and he got us to the airport with no issues. We will be sure to book again when we come back to Aruba next year!

Very happy with this service! We normally have our travel agent set up our transportation, but we did this on our own. I read reviews and considered ratings and went with this company. Our flight was pretty delayed, so I was nervous about them being there still to pick us up. They monitor everything for flight schedules and were there waiting when we arrived. It was easy, quick, and seamless. Jersey was our driver and he was fantastic! He answered all of our questions, shared some history/stories, and a ton of excellent recommendations. We’ve booked them for our transport back to the airport now as well. Very happy!!

Donovan was pleasant and informative. He arrived early, assisted with luggage and provided information about the island. We will definitely be visiting again because of the information provided by Donovan. It was raining when we arrived at the airport. He told my group to wait on the side while he retrieved our luggage in the rain. He's an asset to your business.
