The itinerary advertised and booked was not the itinerary provided. The driver - LuLu was great, the itinerary was supposed to be natural bridge, ayo rock formation, pass by balashi gold mine and finish at mangel halto beach. What we got was donkey sanctuary, natural pool, a fabulous bouncy ride with great photo stops, and baby beach. It was in a 4 wheel drive jeep, with a knowledgeable local driver but none of the places we really wanted to go. I've not had this with viator before. Is it just fofoti or what gives

We were picked up right off outside of the port where our cruise ship docked which was nice, however we were told we would be picked up at 12:20pm and they did not arrive until 1:20pm. No communication about a delay was provided, so be prepared that you might be waiting awhile for pickup. Also, several of the seatbelts in the jeep we were in did not work properly and would not easily click to buckle. My 10 and 12 year old daughters enjoyed it. The amount of time at each activity was perfect. The beach was beautiful.

The company called me wed and said that particular tour no longer available. They said they returned my pay to viator. So I booked similar tour at the resort.

The Half Day Jeep Tour with Fofoti Tours was fantastic! We journeyed to the Natural Pool, the Fontein Caves, beneath ten wind turbines and on to Baby Beach. Our drivers, Julissa and Jason were outstanding. They handled driving on the rugged terrain with ease and infused humor into all of their interactions with members of our group. The ride through Arikok National Park is quite rough (a lot of laughter from some of the jostling) but we always felt safe. We appreciated the way Julissa presented history of Aruba and shared her love of the island.
One suggestion for those who choose to go on this adventure- bring goggles or a swim mask along. There are many beautiful fish to see at the Natural Pool and Baby Beach.
