Reynaldo and Elianna gave us a tour of Aruba that turned into an unforgettable experience. Reynaldo was extremely knowledgeable and had an incredible personality that made the entire day even more enjoyable. You could tell he truly loves what he does, and it showed in every stop along the way. We were very pleased with our tour and highly recommend booking with them!

Our tour was fantastic! Michael Angelo, our guide, was SO friendly and knowledgeable, but most of all accommodating! He took us to some specific things members of our group really wanted to see and really went out of his way to ensure we saw as much as possible. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting an amazing overview of what Aruba has to offer.

Amazing Experience!!

Jackie is an amazing tour guide. She is a pleasure to be with and incredibly informative. She picked us up from our resort on time and drove us to all over the island to visit the sights we requested. At several of the places she offered to take photos of us. She offered water as well. Our tour began at 2pm and we did not have any problems with traffic. We highly recommend this tour.

Wheelchair accessible Aruba tour recommend as long as straps are secure

I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent tour in Aruba with Diego. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the experience. However, I have a serious safety concern that I feel needs to be addressed. When my husband’s mobility scooter was placed in the back of the vehicle while we were driving, we suddenly heard a loud crash. When we looked back, the scooter had tipped over with my husband still seated in it. Upon checking, I noticed the scooter had not been secured, and when I asked Diego about it, he explained that he did not have the necessary straps at that time. The scooter was put back upright, and to prevent another fall, I sat in the back of the vehicle and physically held the scooter to keep it stable while we continued driving. At our first stop, Diego was fortunately able to find straps and secure the scooter. However, when we resumed driving and I was seated next to my husband again, the scooter began tipping over once more. I immediately informed Diego, and he said he would adjust the straps at the next stop. In the meantime, I had to return to the back and continue holding the scooter up to prevent it from falling again. While Diego repeatedly and kindly checked to make sure my husband was okay, the scooter continued to feel unstable, and I was required to spend the remainder of that portion of the tour physically supporting it. This was extremely tiring and stressful, as I was constantly worried about my husband being injured. I truly appreciate Diego’s kindness and concern, but transporting a guest in a mobility scooter without proper and secure restraints presents a serious safety risk. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that future guests do not experience the same situation. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback.

We are very sorry that you and your husband felt uncomfortable during the tour. Safety is extremely important to us, and we take situations like this seriously. Our standard securing procedure includes multiple restraint straps to ensure that wheelchairs and scooters remain stable during transport. In this particular case, the mobility scooter itself was securely fastened and did not tip or shift inside the vehicle. Due to the size of the van and the way the scooter was positioned, there was physically no space for it to fall over during turns. We were not informed in advance that your husband has limited mobility on one side. This information is important for us, as it allows our team to take additional precautions and use further stabilization methods when necessary. During the turns, the scooter remained stable; however, it appeared that your husband had difficulty maintaining his seated balance. Had we been made aware beforehand, we would have implemented additional securing measures from the start. We are happy that you enjoyed the FULL tour and that Diego took great care of you and your husband to the best of his ability. We sure do hope to have you back on one of our tours in the near future

Ambitious itinerary

May not be possible to do everything in the itinerary in 4 hours. We took 4 1/2 and didn't make all the stops. We went out at 2:00, but because of traffic, morning might be better.

Original tour scheduled...

Our Original tour was scheduled for 0900am but we were left standing in limbo for over a hour and a half due to company having issues with their paperwork causing the police to not allow them to go through with the tour! Company refused to refund the total amount paid for tour though the issue was completely their fault…only offering a 50% refund of which we have not received yet and a offer to reschedule at 200pm at a time when we had other activities planned! Our day was totally unorganized! The tour guide at 200 pm was nice and did her job explaining the history of the island.

big hassle

we were supposed to be picked at the cruise port dockside but the tour operator said that they were not allowed to enter the port. my wife and I are 84 yo and not able to walk to the port entrance. Finally after much hassle the driver did make it dockside. the tour driver was nice.

Great island tour!

We did this tour on Christmas Eve (family of 4: two are kids in their 20’s). We saw the island north end to south & it was very informative & interesting . Our tour was rescheduled to start an hour & half later than booked, but it was fine. We still saw all the great nature sites in daylight (beautiful sunset at Baby Beach) & then some of the island holiday lights at night. Our driver was super knowledgeable about the island & we loved learning about the history & culture from him. I definitely recommend this tour if you want to see the highlights of Aruba. I felt like we were able to learn about Aruba from a local’s perspective. Such a beautiful island!

The best excursion ever with David...

If you want an excursion that makes you feel at home.....look no further....this is it. David provided us information on life in Aruba. He took us to the locations and provided us with detailed information about each. David, our guide was courteous, flexible and an utter gentleman. By the time the trip was concluding he had me looking for properties in Aruba...a potential place to retire. When I return back to Aruba, I will definitely utilize this business for another excursion.
