Delphia rentals is a big No for me and my family

I will never book with Delphi rentals again. If I can see that they are the rental before booking on Viator, I won’t do it. My husband and I wanted to show our daughter and her bf a good time in Aruba and go water tubing, only to be told we were too big. Me 165 hubby 225, daughter and her friend about 225-230 pp. We wanted to ride together. Ok so we too much weight “so can we split up and just do two at a time” I asked,…”no still won’t work, I will refund you” he says. “But you can do the banana boat” he states. At this point I realized because I had a discount of $35 off and he probably didn’t want to waste their time. So I said “oh no we going boating”, which we were going to book anyways but I didn’t let them know that. Especially after this. They WILL NOT get any more of my coins. So we do the banana boat. And I went to the next rental place and they said oh yea we got you…and they did. I asked if weight for the four of us was a problem..they said NO. AND We had the best time. I think the name was OCEAN FAITH or something like that. It was right next to Delphia rentals behind the Hyatt Regency in Aruba.

Kids Loved it!! Well worth the money!! I was even able to enjoy a ride on the back of the boat as the girls went on the tube! It was perfect for videos and pictures that I’ll have for a lifetime! Loved it!

This was my first water excursion in years, and I thoroughly enjoyed riding in the sun, catching the wind and waves as they came. It was a bit of a bumpy ride, however, our guide was phenomenal, and he made it all the more fun with the speed level! Water is indeed salty lol, but it was a true blast.. Will do again !!

Don't be in a rush

The ride itself was fun. Don't expect to be on time leaving. We were there 20 minutes before our reservation, as requested and didn't get on to a tube until 1 hour after or set time! The only thing offered to us was "extra time." Very poorly run!!

Fun and exciting ride

We had a great time. It was fun and exciting. Just hold on tight and enjoy. Many excursions and activities require a half or full day but we wanted something fun that did not require a lot of time. This was it!! Our speedboat driver also photographed the experience for us. I would recommend goggles. The salt from the ocean bothered our eyes a little. Other than that, it was a great time.
