It was an amazing experience from pick up to excursion to drop off. Gabriel and Naheer were the best guides for ATV and UTV. Our group loved their inclusion, we loved their vibe, sweetest guys ever. It was our 3rd ATV experience but by far the toughest and more intense than we’ve ever experienced.

Left me deserted

I made a reservation for hotel pickup and provided my flight information, however the service failed to pick me up in enough time to arrive at the airport within the guideline. I sent messages repeatedly asking for assistance and no one responded until it was too late. I had to catch a taxi and pay for a ride to the airport and to top it off they refused to issue me a refund. The tour company nor Viator gave me any assistance!

We had the best driver who was great on telling us about Aruba. Our only downside is that 4 of our group had flight cancellations and we still had to pay for them. In the end it was definitely worth it for our party of 9.

We were greeted at the airport with a sign with our name. It made it so easy. Then our group was brought directly to the van where our driver Jersey was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend using them as the price was also affordable and less than a lot of the others.

Great service - worth the piece of mind!!

These guys were outstanding. My flight to Aruba was delayed 2+ hours. I messaged them to let them know and they said they were already monitoring the delay and not to worry. When we arrived Howard was waiting. He helped us with our luggage and we were off to our hotel. Vehicle was modern with plenty of room for us. The return was much the same. Dre was 15 minutes early and waited patiently as we got our luggage down from our room. Again, nice vehicle to ride in for our return to the airport. Both drivers were exceptional. Highly recommend as it took a lot of stress off us and we rented a car directly at our hotel which is so much nicer than dealing with the airport locations.

Efficient, Friendly, & Exactly As Advertised

I booked a one-way transfer from our hotel to the airport the morning of departure (less than 4 hours before we needed the ride). The booking process was simple and their communication was prompt when I contacted them via the Viator app. Super friendly driver and spacious van, too. We booked this so our group of 6 and all of our luggage wouldn’t have to be split between 2 taxis. This accomplished that and was more cost efficient than some other options. Would book again if in Aruba!

My experience was not good at all.

The experience with this company was not good. I had a party of 11 and 2 of the passengers (which were my daughter and son n law)flight got delayed by an hour so I asked the driver could he wait for her. He said he had to call supervisor and the one that was holding sign with my name on it just looked as if she didn’t care. So we had to leave them. While we are headed to the resort my daughter called to say she was at the airport mind you we had left maybe 20 minutes ago. I understand everyone has rules but I have worked in customer service before and I know exceptions can happen if you wanna have a great business. I was very disappointed in this company because I feel as though they didn’t have any type of compassion at all. Also they said they couldn’t give me a refund. So I would never use this company if and when I return to Aruba. So I hope this review help anyone who thinks about using them.
