Colca canyon trip was amazing. The guide was very good. He stopped at every view points for long enough time to explore us. We were lucky to see 5-6 condors flying over the canyon. We went to the hot spring- it was super relaxing. Plus we had great food in both breakfast and lunch. I highly recommend this trip.

Super Disappointing

I would not recommend this day trip. My husband and I did it on our last day in Arequipa and wished we hadn't wasted the time. The Colca Canyon is beautiful and we did see a few Condors. The hot springs looked nice, like they were recently updated. If you want to see those attractions I wouldn't discourage you but I wouldn't book it here.We were picked up at 3:30am and were told breakfast was provided. Breakfast was some buns with butter and jam which could've been find as we weren't there for the food. Our tour guide was super disorganized and we made a lot of unnecessary stops for photo ops. I was sick the following day and it might not have been from the lunch we had but I have a feeling it might've.I hate to write such a negative review but I was really looking forward to this day trip and it was really disappointing. We had a wonderful two weeks in Peru and this was the worst day.

We were very disappointed. Were led to believe we were bird watching and ended up seeing one condor as the bus was so slow and we got to the canyon too late. Then we sat for an hour while some people had a hot spring experience. Lunch was good.

The tour started too early 3:00 AM sharp! but it ended at a very good time back in Arequipa City. Everything was excellent. The tour, the guide, the driver, the breakfast and the lunch. The Colca was everyting I expected. The thermal baths are also highly recommended. Thanks very much!!! Juan Carlos

Most memorable and interesting day out.... Useful if you can sleep in tight seating on a mini bus! Best to go during 'low season' if possible to fully savor the beauty of the area and those condors....

Bus arrivato in orario presso l'albergo, peccato non avesse il riscaldamento...dopo tre ore di viaggio era diventato un congelatore, con il ghiaccio alle finestre...insostenibile. Colazione approssimativa in ambiente non riscaldato. Guida....vabbè, soprassediamo, la professionalità è un'altra cosa. Non raccomando

Queríamos tirar uma foto de um vulcão ativo e a guia ignorou o pedido da maioria dos ocupantes do ônibus. Não custava nada e demoraria no máximo 5 minutos. Não gostei!
