Die Tour wurde nicht wie bei VIATOR gebucht durchgeführt. Sie war ab Beginn improvisiert, da überhaupt nicht vorbereitet. - verspätete Abholung nach tel. Reklamation - lange Wartezeit in der Agentur - Fahrten mit Privat PKW, als Guide ein Mann, der das noch nie gemacht hat - die gebuchte deutschsprachige Tour hat es nie gegeben: den angeblich später hinzu kommenden deutschen Guide habe ich nicht kennen gelernt. Eine dreiste Lüge. - kein Frühstück, kein abgefülltes Trinkwasser in Flaschen, kein Fahrzeug mit Klimaanlage laut Buchung - Keine vegetarischen Gerichte des Landes, kein Fischrestaurant, keine Biere aus verschiedenen Landesteilen gemäß Programmbeschreibung. - Keine Vermittlung von Geschichte und Kultur des Landes, da kein ausgebildeter Guide. - Ende der Tour 14 Uhr, nicht gemäß Programm gegen 20 Uhr. Nun noch etwas positives: der Fahrer ist sehr vorsichtig und rücksichtsvoll gefahren, da es sein eigenes Auto war. Der Guide war freundlich und hat ständig telefonisch Rücksprache gehalten, was er nun tun soll. Er war bemüht. Dies war die zweite Buchung mit der Agentur Ethio Travel and Tours, die nicht zufrieden stellte. Peinlich, dass VIATOR so etwas anbietet.
