In addition to the wonderful cooking experience given by Daniel and his lovely family, Daniel gave us an inside look into his neighborhood in the hills on the outskirts of Addis and answered any and all of our questions about Ethiopian culture. This experience made our time in Ethiopia more than just a stop over. We can not recommend this experience more if you are hoping to get an inside glimpse into everyday life in Addis.
