What are people saying about Rome

Food was delicious.
comfort zone and I’m SO glad we did! 🇮🇹🍝🍷 We booked a cooking class at Andrea and Milvia’s home, and at first I was like… “Wait, we’re going to some random person’s HOUSE to cook?!” 😂 But the reviews were spectacular, so we went for it. From the second we arrived, Andrea and Milvia welcomed us into their home like we were old friends. Their 15-year-old dog was seriously the sweetest thing ever, and they even have a random seagull that shows up every day that somehow made the whole experience even cuter. 😂❤️ They taught us how to make fresh pasta from scratch, and Andrea even showed us some more technical cooking skills along the way. The food was DELICIOUS, the wine was flowing, and the camaraderie was honestly one of the best parts. It didn’t feel like a touristy cooking class, it felt like spending an evening cooking, eating, drinking, and laughing with friends in Rome. Such a special experience and one we’ll definitely remember. If you’re in Rome, BOOK IT. You will not regret it! 🇮🇹🍝🍷❤️

Fun!
We had a great time making pasta and tiramisu. The instructor was excellent, kind and created a fun environment. And our food turned out to be delicious and we had a nice lunch with an interesting group of people. The value was good and I highly recommend it.

The best activity!
We did several tours during our stay in Italy, and this was by far the most fun! Our table was small enough that we ended up making friends with our fellow pasta makers. Delicious wine at super affordable prices too. Frascati is a fun little break from the crazy amounts of tourists in Rome too.

This was a fun, engaging,...
This was a fun, engaging, and interactive experience. Luca is a great host and passionate about what he does. They were weirdly stingy about the wine and serving it. Liked that it allowed you to meet and get to know other travelers especially at the family style dinner.

Rome’s culinary culture demands an unrushed pace (Italy is where the Slow Food movement originated, after all). There is no better way to slow down and savor the experience—and appreciate the work that goes into crafting each Roman dish—than by taking a cooking class in Rome. Whether it's in a local restaurant, in the home of a Roman cook, in the bustling centro storico, or in the serene Roman countryside, Rome cooking classes will improve your ability to make hand-stretched pizza, fresh pasta, and everything in between.
