Quick Miami Tour

Staff was friendly and had good communication. We got stuck in traffic from an accident, we texted the staff who communicated back swiftly saying if we missed our boat, another one could be boarded that arrived an hour later. We ended up making the it in time, but that was nice to let us know we had another option. The actual tour was nice, the tour guide spoke in both English and Spanish to accommodate the crowd, and had entertaining jokes while pointing out celebrity homes- they even played a song related to the celebrity while we passed the their home. We had plans to eat afterwards, but plenty of people ate hotdogs, and drank both alcoholic, and nonalcoholic beverages. There is an outer and inner seating area, I don’t use the bathroom but my husband did and he advised me to skip that adventure lol. All in all, we were quite happy with this last minute booked tour and I would recommend it.

Wonderful experience!

Our tour guide was extremely informative, and I really appreciated the detailed explanations of both the interior and exterior of the buildings. The indoor sections provided a welcome chance to cool down, and providing water before we started was a thoughtful touch. There was a minor audio issue with the portable speaker at the beginning, but it was quickly resolved before we even left the starting point.

Great tour. Very knowledgeable tour guide - James. Lots of great information on the history of Miami Beach. We were able to go inside many of the lobby of the old hotels which often you don’t get to do on walking tours. Walking pace was not too fast so good for all ages. Flat easy terrain. Well worth doing this tour early in your stay.
