We guide our guests through a full sensory tasting with food & aroma pairing, to help them explore and understand the complexities of Bourbon. You'll get hands on training from a professional local mixologists and build your own custom Old-Fashioned. Plus, historical tips, tricks and stories from the Bourbon world and an opportunity to explore more flavors through our seasonal craft cocktail menu. All of which are included in a dynamic tasting experience, in fact, the first Bourbon Tasting Experience in downtown Lexington, Kentucky!

Sound baths are still rare in Kentucky, and The Sound Healing Center of Lexington is one of the only dedicated sound healing studios in the region. This isn't a yoga class with a singing bowl at the end. It's a full, intentional experience built around sound as the sole practice. The studio itself was designed for this work, with acoustics, lighting, and comfort elements chosen to help your body settle quickly and deeply. Hammocks, zero-gravity chairs, and floor setups mean you find the position that works for you, not the one the room dictates. Our rotating roster of facilitators each brings their own instruments and approach, so no two sessions sound exactly alike. You might encounter crystal singing bowls, handpan, gongs, rain drums, or rattles, and the combination shifts depending on who is leading. If you've never experienced a sound bath, this is a welcoming place to start. If you have, you'll notice the difference a purpose-built space makes.

Taste your way through the East End of Lexington and learn about local lore with the help of a tour guide passionate about the neighborhood’s best food and drink. On this 2.5-hour tour, the group leader will share some of their own favorite watering holes, and you can eat like a real Lexingtonian.

This is an intimate, host-led dining experience centered on seasonal cooking, thoughtful presentation, and the art of gathering. The experience can take place in the host’s private home or at the guest’s own home or Airbnb. Guests enjoy a beautifully prepared brunch or dinner while learning how menus are shaped by season and place, with an emphasis on relaxed, elegant entertaining rather than a formal cooking class.
