What are people saying about Greece

Do this!
We are 3 very energetic women in our late 60’s. It’s our first time in Athens. This was the perfect experience for the just the three of us. Having our own personal tour guide (vs being in a big group of strangers) was awesome. We got picked up by Pat at our air bnb, and instantly felt comfortable and connected with him. He was very pleasant, personable, knowledgeable and flexible…an excellent tour guide. In addition to all of the places listed in the description on Viator we were able to make adjustments as desired, (ie. spend more or less time) at the different sights. he provided us with information, directions etc. Well worth the money!

Anna is the greatest!
Anna our tour hide was the single best historical tour guide I’ve ever had. Extremely knowledgeable and very funny. This was a bucket list visit for me to see the acropolis/partnenon and she made it even better with all of her knowledge. She gave us a tour that, while it was half a day, felt like she was able to give us the important pieces of something that could have been twice as long of a tour.

Highly recommend this tour!
Our tour guide was an archeoligist who was very knowledgeable, informative, and communicative, as well as friendly. The tour was very enjoyable and educational. The museum tour was a good base to start with, then was followed by the walk up the acropolis. We loved this adventure of a lifetime!

Come Hungry
We had Tonia as a tour guide, and she was very friendly and informative. She made it fun, and there was not a dull moment. We had a significant amount of food, enough that all 5 of us were turning away seconds. If you are a big eater you'll be happy for sure. If you are NOT a big eater, I highly suggest you have half portions of each item. The tour mention trying 12 food items, and we probably had even more than that. We all left with leftovers! A lot of sweets and carbs are involved so definitely skip food first!!!

Greece offers almost every attraction under the sun. Its capital, Athens, has treasures and pleasures everywhere, from its temple-topped Acropolis and Roman Agora to museums, tavernas, and markets. Guides will show you the must-sees and share their backstories to save you hassle and homework. Other options include foodie delves into Greek cuisine, lazy-day Saronic island cruises, and trips to Cape Sounion, Meteora, and classical Delphi. But Greece tours aren’t just about Athens and the mainland. Greece’s 227 inhabited islands, including gorgeous Santorini and Mykonos, are constant siren calls—offering bliss-inducing catamaran cruises and excursions around sugar-cube villages, wineries, monasteries, and beaches.
