I had no idea what to expect, but it sounded like a fun way to spend a few hours. It turned out to be one of my favorite activities of a month-long trip! Maggie has incredible talent as an artist and teacher. She has set up a beautiful location for teaching her classes. It was harder physically than I had expected, but I thoroughly enjoyed the class and the entire experience.

Fantastic Time

It was a wonderful time. Jacob(I think was his name) the 5th generation son, was amazing. He educated us so much about the history of the farm and all the work it takes. Wow. We had a blast preparing all the veggies, picking them from the garden and drinking their wine all while doing it. Fun meetingFastest new people from all over the world too. The final product was better than any restaraunt we've eaten at. So so delicious! The dancing at the end of the evening and breaking the plates ended the night with a bang. We are so glad we did this! Thank you Basiliko family. You are wonderful.

Fantastic experience!!

This farm cooking experience was a perfect combination of exploring the farm, cooking, and enjoying a delicious meal. Our host, Soto, was super knowledgeable and friendly and made our experience so much fun. The food that we prepared was absolutely delicious, and the wine was flowing. We ended the night with dancing, and it was absolutely worth every penny.

**An Absolutely Amazing Day Exploring the Best of Naxos!

We cannot recommend this eight-hour bus tour of Naxos highly enough! It was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. Our tour guide was incredibly informative, friendly, and kind. She made the entire day enjoyable, sharing so much interesting history and local knowledge along the way. We absolutely loved touring with her and our wonderful driver, Speros, who made the journey just as enjoyable. We had so many memorable experiences throughout the day! We loved watching traditional pottery being made at the pottery workshop, learning how olive oil was produced using an old-fashioned olive press, and visiting the Temple of Demeter and the site associated with Dionysus. Tasting Kitron at a local distillery was another wonderful highlight, and the lunch was absolutely amazing! What made this tour so special was the perfect combination of history, culture, local traditions, delicious food, and genuine Greek hospitality. Every stop offered something unique, and we came away with a much greater appreciation for the beautiful island of Naxos. If you are visiting Naxos, **do not miss this tour!** Eight hours flew by, and we enjoyed every minute. Our guide and Speros were fantastic, and we would recommend this experience without hesitation. It was one of the highlights of our time in Greece, and we are so glad we booked it!

The cooking class was so fun, and Anna was an amazing teacher! We loved the entire experience—from making fried Gruyère cheese, to the main dish of noodles with tomato sauce and beef, and of course the orange pie for dessert! Yum!! She took us on a tour of the village and shared many stories with us. We had the absolute best afternoon!! We will recommend this class to anyone who is traveling g to Naxos!!

A lot of beautiful cultural locations in just a short time. Our guide was very passionate and knowledgeable about the local culture. We really enjoyed the pottery class watching generations of craftsmanship making it look easy. The ancient temple which pre-dated the Parthenon was very impressive. Recommend this tour.

Daily Cruise - Koufonissia & Rina Cave

We had a great time on...

We had a great time on this boat cruise! Late September brought a cloudy and windy day, so a good portion of the journey was COLD, but we managed with plenty of layers and towels as blankets. We really liked our seats in the raised section at the front of the boat—we avoided most of the sea spray and foot traffic while still having a great view. Definitely arrive early if you want first choice in seats. We skipped swimming at the first stop because it was so chilly, but we were able to be first in line for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by the food! The meat was grilled right on the boat, and everything else tasted incredibly fresh for being prepared in bulk. We especially loved getting to explore another island. Koufonisi was beautiful and gave us true small-island Mamma Mia vibes. We also lucked out with some sunshine at Rina Cave, where we were able to swim all the way into the cave and watch some of the braver guests cliff-jump. If swimming is important to you, get in the water quickly—the time goes by fast at the swimming stops! The bathrooms were also surprisingly better than I anticipated based on other reviews. They aren’t huge, but they were decently clean and there was enough space to change out of my swimsuit after swimming. There is definitely a lot of sailing time. I had seen some negative comments about the amount of time spent traveling between destinations, but I actually think that’s an important part of the experience. The scenery is incredible, and I loved getting to see the islands from the water. Our guides even got on the microphone a few times to tell us about some of the islands we could see and were passing. I would’ve loved even more information from the guides throughout the day! Overall, we really enjoyed our day and would recommend this experience!

Great tour of Naxos with Konstandina of Calli tours.

What a great trip with Calli tours. Constandina was terrific. She took off places that we are nearly would not have found. The marble village, the Olive press, the ruins of the temple of Demeter, Pottery making at Damalas and finally dinner. We had a pleasant time with the nicest person.

Warm and delightful walking tour

Our tour guide Stratos was adorable and full of knowledge. We had a lovely stroll through the Old Town Naxos with stops at a cheese shop, patisseries, roof top, olive oil tasting room and finally a delightful restaurant for a family style sit down dinner. It was such a warm and delightful way to see the town and meet some other people who were on vacation.
