I would give 0 stars if possible. They lied and said they tried to reach me before we took a 40 ride to get the tickets. Once we got there they didn't have tickets we purchased for 11, they said we had to go at 1. We had other plans and couldn't wait. They didn't want me contacting Viator and sent a refund via PayPal. They paid in euro and shorted me $100. These guys are shady. Purchase at your own risk!

We also had our time adjusted without asking prior and had to wait an additional 30 minutes prior to entering because they will not let anyone enter before their scheduled time. Based on our experience and many who had to wait almost an hour before entering, please be aware that this activity is not what is advertised and should be prepared to wait.
