Our driver, Ahmed, was wonderful. The golf cart enabled us to access areas that were not possible by car. We have been to Rome four other times and saw things today we had not seen. I would highly recommend this. So fun!

Our guide was Claudio, an artist who passionately described the sculptures and history of fountains and historical landmarks. He was an excellent guide and very informative. It was our first night in Rome and it greatly increased our awareness of the treasures we would find in this glorious city. Wear comfortable walking shoes. This is not a leisurely stroll.

We did this on the first night because I'd read other reviews that recommended doing that. It was great advice! After this tour we knew where we wanted to go back to on our own, what side streets to take, etc. Claudio was very informative and headed us in the direction of an excellent restaurant near Piazza Navona at the conclusion of the tour. LOTS of walking - over 4 miles!

This tour is a must if traveling to Rome- Rome is so different at night. Our guide, Claudio, was the best, very interesting and we learned a lot from him. This tour was the best! We had a luggage issue that we had to deal with and therefore only stayed for part of the tour. Had read previous reviews about doing a walk by night tour on first evening in Rome. This one was great because it wasn't such a late start. It IS a great idea to do this tour in the first night in Rome because it gives you a great basic understanding of some major sites. Claudio was wonderful!

An excellent walking tour of Rome by night with our guide Alfonso Noye. He was excellent and certainly knew his Roman history throughout the ages. Took us to places that we as tourists would have simply passed by and also gave us a detailed background to the tourist sites such as the Trevi fountains, the Spanish steps, etc. All added to getting to know Rome and its marvellous historic past. Well worth investing in this trip and well worth the 2 hours plus walking with a very knowledgeable individual. Rate this tour very highly!! PS: wear sensible walking shoes!!
