Not a good experience at all! Arrived on time. I booked this via Viator virtual assistant who was helpful. Been on many golf cart tours but this golf cart was ment for the course not Rome. Private tour for me and my family and gave an itinerary of where I wanted to go in 3 hours. The tour guide started by saying we may get stoped by the police, “They will separate us, so don’t tell them this is a tour. Tell them I’m am transporting you only.” Do not do this tour take a taxi. Lastly, it very expensive and not worth the money. My tour ended at 6 pm we were at the top of the Spanish steps. I asked for him to bring us to bottom but he said the roads were closed and we would not have enough time to get there only time to drive us to hotel or restaurant. We were dropped off at restaurant at 5:41. It was early and the guide told us no problem call my boss for a reimbursement for 20 min. Boss told me to contact Viator because no one has ever asked for money back. Unbelievable, very disappointed!!!

The request was ten stops in a three hour private tour and that was hard because you asked for two basilca were you spend minimum 15 minutes only for the line , from the Colosseum to the Spanish Steps, and we started at 3 pm, the time you chose. Your service dog was not on the booking, and once we knew about him we agreed to finish a little earlier so he could rest, which is why we dropped ▎ you at your restaurant at 5:41 pm. Piazza di Spagna itself is closed to traffic, so the lower square is always reached on foot. ▎ You booked and paid through Viator, and Viator holds the money, so a refund can only be issued by them. That is the only reason we asked you to contact them when you called us about those minutes. We were not turning you away, and we told Viator we had no objection. ▎ Our carts are registered L7e quadricycles and we are authorised to drive every route we take our guests on, the restricted centre included. ▎the vehicle is exactly the kind allowed inside the historic centre, which is what lets us reach corners a taxi cannot. ▎ We are at tourbycartrome@gmail.com if you would like to talk it through
