We booked when we had an open time. No tickets were available from the pantheon.
We took a cab to get there -- and there was no place to get the "ticket". No one was there. No flag was found.
Waste of effort and time. We had a drink by the pantheon.
Found the number to call -- and told there were "technical difficulties" (I guess that means the ticket giver went home early?)
We got a refund -- but iwe wasted our time.
We didn’t get to go on the tour. Apparently there weren’t any tix available-even though we had our voucher. Very frustrating to have arranged our schedule around the tour and not be able to go. We are leaving Rome before they could schedule another tour.
Used Viator multiple times and never had this problem before. Just seemed stupid. We bought tickets to go in the Parthenon. Did not notice till we got there that 3 pages down the instructions we had to find a guy standing outside one of the stores near the Parthenon to show him our 'vouchers" and then he texted us our "real tickets". Then we had to stand in the already bought ticket line to go in. Why ?????? Why is there this useless step??????? Why can't you just email us the tickets that we thought we bought in the first place!!!!!!
Easy way to have Pantheon tickets , and easy to find the guy. He was kind and ready to help with any question.
I bought a ticket online and when I got to the gate it didn’t gain me entrance. I was told to find the man with the umbrella to exchange my ticket for the real ticket. There was NO MAN with an umbrella from Viator to be found anywhere! This is a scam and a reputable company like you should be ashamed to scam a senior citizen. I want a refund
We have had only great experiences with using viator. This was an essentially a “skip the line” pass.

Bought tickets for 9.30 entry. After finally receiving them (guy was running late, sends digital tickets via WhatsApp only after you meet them) went to enter (there was no queue at the time) only to be told that my ticket was actually for 10am and to come back. It was already getting warm so I took the kids to a nearby store to utilise the air con for about 15 minutes. Returned around 9.50 and the queue to validate digital tickets was so long and in full sun. We joined the queue but the kids weren’t able to handle the heat so we just left. The tickets say the price was 7 euros per adult and free for kids. I paid 60 AUD for nothing. Overall a really disappointing experience

Not really a skip the line, still had to join the very big queue but did get through with the tickets. Glad we did, as pantheon is very impressive. Good audio guide.
So disappointed. On arrival the company rep arrived and demanded an extra €15 per person - 4 people (€60). This was on top of the €40 already paid!! This was for a guided tour. Only accepting cash as his payment system couldn’t accept all the various cards we owned!!! The tour guide then spoke for 10 mins about other tours he offered - golf buggies etc etc. he took us inside told us how to get the best selfie. Tour over. A total of €100 what a rip off. First time been disappointed with this operator as used them all over the world. What a rip off
Tour guide did not show up and no one contacted us about a cancellation. We were unable to do the tour. We are still waiting on a refund.
Easy way to get skip the line tickets for the Pantheon. There was an audio guide to go with our tour so we knew more about what we were seeing.
This was my first time that I bought a ticket through Viator. I was there on time, but unfortunately I didn’t find nobody from Viator to get my actual ticket. So I bought a ticket from the museum and was allowed to get in.
Representative was there waiting five me. He sent my ticket to my WhatsApp number and I was able to enter the Pantheon right away. Reservation made and reservation completed with no problem.
Rip off! Booked online a few weeks before travelling, got confirmation email etc. told where to meet beforehand and what to do. Got there in good time but was not allowed the tickets. They had sent a message 2 hours before requesting the names of the attendees but I did not see the message until we got there and for this reason they refused to give the tickets, nowhere in the confirmation email or message they sent did they say we needed to supply names and that we would not be allowed in if we didn't. Refused to give refund. They said at the time there were no tickets left, although we had paid upfront! So they have taken my money and not provided the tickets. Queued up at the machine for tickets in the end, only cost 5 euros each which is cheaper than this company. I would say read the small print, but there isn't any reference to this anyway. Rip off! Don't bother,
The skip-the-line ticket for the Pantheon was perfect for us. The meet-up was smooth, and the entrance was quick and hassle-free. We also received an audio guide at no extra cost, which was a great bonus and completely optional.
The architecture is absolutely stunning—a must-see. The person who assisted us was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
Our guide we were suppose to meet to get skip the line ticket… did not show at meeting place. Viator has said they can not refund $.

but you get inside with our representative he assist you also to have the audio guide .
You should have WiFi on your phone for the audio of the tour. No one leads you around, they just have your ticket and lead you in.
Tickets were sold out via the Pantheon the night before. No problem with Viator. Tickets available, organized and knowledge guide, quick entry, and well-done audio tour with transcript for a can’t miss experience.
Did audio guide very informative and interesting. The line was long so ordered tickets online were in in 15 minutes

After seeing the immense line of people waiting to get in I was so happy that I paid this extra fee to skip the line. It was well worth the money during the busy month of July.
Was exactly what we needed to be able
to enjoy the Pantheon. The temperatures were so high and it saved us from standing in a long line.
The Pantheon opens at 9am. The line started to enter started around 8:30. But I figured that since we had skip the line tickets it wouldn’t be and issue. Our guide showed up at 9:05 and told us his company should not have sold 9am tickets. The earliest they do is 9:30.
He gave us our tickets about 9:15 and we got in line and entered a pretty full building.
This was not a skip the line ticket or tour. Just buy the tickets yourself.
