Definitely worth it-we were able to save time by skipping the super long line and we learned a lot about St. Peter’s and the Vatican
Be sure to go to the agency ticket office before you approach St Peter’s square. You collect a physical ticket from there.
Waiting in line in the hot sun could be dangerous for certain people. Also, people are rude and inconsiderate, stepping on other visitors, hitting them in the face with backpacks, rolling over their feet with wheelchairs.
Really informative and entertainingly put over by Damiano the guide. Excellent job. Well done

So glad did not have to wait in the 3 hour lineups. Definitely worth getting the skip the line tour. Our tour guide Walter was fantastic.
Juan accompanied us to the front of line entrance; it was so worth it since there were literally hundreds of people waiting in line to get in free.

Well informed. Tour leader was great and explained history very well. Didn’t over speak allowing us to observe and take pictures.
After reading the bad reviews I went ahead and clarified with Viator. Got to the right place, at the right time and picked up my tickets. Shop owner walked me over to the Basilica and although I still had to wait to get in - nature of the beast for places like this - I didn’t have to wait to get tickets. Contacting the provider via Viator wasn’t successful for me, but got a prompt response when texting though WhatsApp.
We got lucky and it wasn't too long of a line to get in. There were some areas closed because there was a service going on, but our guide made it all worthwhile
Note that this is NOT a skip the line tour. We stood in line for about 30 minutes and everyone in our security line went through one metal detector versus the other lines that had multiple. So while our line was shorter, we didn't get through the line much quicker than the other lines. On a positive note, the tour guide was very knowledgeable.
The bypass of the line is so worth it. Our guide Danilo was very good. The catacomb section was a plus seeing Peter’s tomb.
The tour was excellent and absolutely worth it! The normal queue was at least 3 hours long, but with this tour, we only waited around 20 minutes to get through security screening, saving us a huge amount of time. Our tour guide was very informative, gave clear instructions, and spoke with excellent clarity and pronunciation, making everything easy to understand. St Peter’s Basilica is absolutely incredible and breathtaking — truly an amazing place to visit. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Rome!
Other travelers should know that for this Skip the Line tour this company has someone wait in line. Then they had us rush from their office to someone waiting in line close to the entrance. The 20 or so of us essentially cut the line. It was not organized with the St. Peter's Basilica. Several people were mad as they rightly should have been. Also the mics didn’t work well cutting in and out.

Great tour. Carl our guide was engaging and very informative. We really enjoyed the mixture of history, opinion and humour which really brought the experience to life.
The staff personally walked us to the area to get in. They spoke to the check in line attendant for our skip the line tickets and we got right through. There was a little wait to get through security, but it was much shorter than we were prepared for. We would use this service again!
Walter was the best tour guide we've ever had - skipped the queue and saved us 1.5 hours just from his brilliance! Perfect balance of humor and knowledge- made our time incredibly special
St. Peter's is an incredible and not-to-be-missed location in Roma. The place is so over-the-top; the collection of sights and their historical significance nearly boggles the mind. We had a terrific time on the guided tour. The only downside - as with ALL the tours we took throughout Italy - was poor reception via the wireless "gizmos" and low-end earbuds. Difficult to hear the guide clearly.
This tour was exceptionally considerate. They wanted to move the time up. But turned out we couldn't meet the original time due to a canceled train. But they worked us in a later tour.
Excellent, personable, safe and kind experience in horrible crowds and heat. We were cared for in fine fashion. Our tour guide (a young blonde Italian woman) was exceptional especially in her attention o artistic genres ie Baroque vs Renaissance. She was obviously highly educated and aware of all that surrounded us. Wonderful tour.

Worth it! You pay more but get to skip the lines and go right into the church. I don't know why more people don't do this. Exchanging the voucher was easy. They send the meeting point and our taxi driver took us right to it, then we take a 5-10 minute walk as a group to the church.

VERY long lines to get through security, so this tour,at the least, gets you through faster. The guide spoke very fast, was difficult to understand, only stopped at a few of the highlights, and gave little time to observe or photograph. So, ok to get into the basilica, but if you want more in-depth details about the paintings and sculptures, a different tour might be for you.

I was a bit concerned about where we had to go to pick up the tickets but it worked out perfectly fine. Our tour guide was Sevada. She was very knowledgeable and very personable. We missed seeing St. Peter’s basilica the last time we were in Rome and wanted to check it off our list. We were very satisfied with the tour.

The sound systems are not that powerful. The volume is not good enough for a person with reduce hearing. I could no use both of my hearing aides. I had to remove one to tie into their system. The whole tour was 200 % of what I expected.

Guide provided good information about the church however we were denied access to the dome although had the tickets and Viator is refusing to refund!
