This Cooking Class was so much fun and we learned so much. Chef William was very informative, funny and overall a good host. This was one of the highlights of our vacation. Food and drinks were provided with the class. We cant believe we made this yummy food! Would definitely reccomend to others.

Literally the best pasta class you will take in Rome. Leo was so fun and informational and the pasta turned out DELICIOUS. Plenty of wine as well!!!

Food was delicious, company was fantastic, and Eugenio was a great teacher! I had so much fun learning how to cook the Roman staples. I would have loved to get into the more technical aspects of the cooking, so would recommend this to people looking for good food, wine, and company, not really intensive cooking intructions.
This is by far the best cooking class I’ve ever taken! The food was incredible, the class itself was so much fun. We had a family of 5 in the class and all of us had an amazing time. We want to come back and take the pizza making class! It’s a great value; 3 hours of fun with huge portions of pasta and all the wine you want plus they provide you with recipes and local recommendations after the class is over. The instructors were not only excellent chefs, but they were entertainers and made you feel so at home and involved in the process. This is a must do experience if you’re in Rome! 100/10!

We really enjoyed our cooking class in Rome. The pasta was delicious, the accompanying wine was lovely, and our chef Eugenio was friendly and engaging. It was a fun addition to our Italian holiday. The recipes were delicious - might try to recreate them at home (yet somehow I know it won't be as good). We were a party of three, as we were traveling with our daughter who just graduated high school, so we were paired with another family and it was great. Would definitely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Roman Cooking Experience!
Our cooking class with Riccardo was one of the highlights of our time in Rome. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how passionate he is about Italian cooking and sharing his knowledge with others.
There were eight of us in the class, creating a fun, interactive, and welcoming atmosphere. Under Riccardo’s guidance, we learned how to make homemade pasta from scratch, including ravioli, spaghetti, and fettuccine, along with delicious traditional sauces. He explained each step clearly and made the experience enjoyable for cooks of all skill levels.
The setting was warm and inviting, with background music adding to the authentic Italian atmosphere. As we enjoyed the dishes we had prepared, everything was paired with delicious wines that complemented the meal perfectly.
Riccardo’s enthusiasm, expertise, and love of Italian cuisine made this much more than a cooking class—it was a memorable cultural experience. We left with full stomachs, new skills, and wonderful memories. If you’re visiting Rome, this class is an absolute must-do!

We made three types of pasta with three different sauces. The instruction was light and fun. Our kids (14, 11) loved making the pasta. Each dish was delicious and even our super picky eaters asked for seconds. Absolutely wonderful evening

Great fun and entertaining. Four couples, each making ravioli, spaghetti and fettuccine with wine, of course (we did not make the wine). Riccardo is an accomplished chef and he led us through 3 hours of making and consuming great pasta. If you are looking for a wonderful evening meeting new friends and enjoying great food, you shouldn't miss out on this opportunity. Highly recommend.

This was a really fun, informative cooking class. We made three different pastas and three sauces. They were all delicious! The wine was really good too. We had a great time and would recommend this class. One of the best activities we did in Rome.

A happy, welcoming, knowledgable, worthwhile, excellent value lesson in Italian Pasta and sauce making from the basics. Leo has a wealth of knowledge and is such a patient professor of his craft. This was an amazing cooking class. William did such an amazing job and was very entertaining. We also met lots of great people. If you want to learn how to make pasta and sauces I highly recommend this class. From ages 25-62 we all enjoyed it. Lots of good wine too.

This pasta cooking class in Rome was an absolute highlight of our trip! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, lively, and welcoming. Our group had great energy, which made the experience even more fun and interactive.
The chef was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and generous with tips and tricks. Beyond just following a recipe, we learned the why behind everything—especially the history and background of classic Roman pasta sauces, which added so much depth to the experience. You could really feel the chef’s love for Roman cuisine and teaching.
We made fresh pasta completely from scratch and paired it with three delicious sauces: a bold arrabbiata, a classic cacio e pepe / gricia-style sauce (depending on wether you're veggie or not and personal preference), and a beautifully simple butter and sage sauce for the ravioli we made earlier. Every dish was fantastic, and the techniques we learned feel easy enough to recreate at home.
The chef was also super open, kind, and happy to answer any questions, constantly sharing extra tips that you won’t find in a cookbook. It felt personal, relaxed, and authentic—never rushed or scripted. The day after, we received a recipe book for the pasta and sauces we made via mail.
If you’re looking for a hands-on, delicious, and genuinely memorable food experience in Rome, I can’t recommend this class enough. Come hungry and leave inspired!
