This tour was a highlight of our 13 days in Greece! Despina was very knowledgeable and brought charm and humor alone with her. We were in a group of 6 (3 couples). We were given plenty of time to see both the Delphi Museum and the ancient ruins, followed by a lovely lunch in New Delphi as a group. She gave us the option but we all got alone well and decided to eat together. We then drove to the cave which happens to be up a very bumpy dirt road but Despina's excellent driving skills got us right to the opening. The cave was amazing! We then drove to the battlegrounds and the memorial area. Although it was a long day, not once did we want to rush it along. There was a nice balance of adventure and rest between. I highly recommend this tour and if your lucky, Despina will be your tour guide. Thank you Despina for a wonderful day, and also your patience when we were walking in circles looking for the pickup spot! 😆

This was a fantastic tour! Our guide was excellent and the whole trip was fantastic. The dolma at the lunch spot blew my mind. Definitely wear sturdy shoes for the temple and hiking!

Such an amazing tour. The drive is a little long, but Despoina made sure that there were bathroom stops and kept us hydrated. The road to the cave is a bit rough. Be sure to put on a patch if you get car sick. Air conditioning went out for a while. Despoina fixed it. She was a wealth of information and a great story teller. We stopped for a (not included) lunch at a very good restaurant. My sister in law lost her phone. Despoina Contacted us the next day. She was still trying to locate it for us. Above and beyond for sure!

We had a fantastic time and Kosta was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Delphi is a beautiful place with some breathtaking views and it was great to see the Greek countryside too.

Our driver was very personable and made everyone feel included and comfortable. He explained next steps and was clear on times and where to meet. He taught us history and cultures. We had a great time. The cave part was especially interesting !

Fantastic tour for those interested in history. Very knowledgeable guide. Be prepared for a long 12+ day with 4+ hours of driving, though well worth it.

We give 5 stars to our guide and 4 stars to the tour. The AC in the van was a god send (because it's late June and very hot right now) and our tour guide was so kind and willing to answer any and all questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the history of the locations on our tour. Some small downsides, nothing to pass up the tour for, but things to note. There is a lot of time in the van to get out to the distant locations, if you need a restroom you have to speak up or wait until arriving at the locations. The first stop is Arachova and we wish there were more time that little town. We had time to grab a coffee and look around for about 15 minutes, but we wanted to see more. The sights were wonderful and the lunch in Delphi was delicious. We really enjoyed the ruins and museum in Thermopylae. The drive up the caves was an exciting off road up hill drive, but our tour guide was an expert! All in all, it was a great day and the money spent was well worth it. (Do note, the cost of the trip doesn't include tickets to Thermopylae museum and ruins, nor does it cover lunch or coffee. Those are extras and the tour company does share that upfront.)

Traveling to the Delphi, Corycian Cave and the setting of the 300 battle is a must when visiting Athens. Our guide was great; helpful and informative. Our lunch was one of the best we’ve had in the regions. Highly recommended.

This is a pretty long excursion, but totally worth the trip outside of the city. Costa, our guide and driver was truly outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the sites we visited and made the day both informative and pleasant.

A very long day with lots of driving. Lots of steep climbing with loose gravel paths. Superb guide Despina, very good driver. Enjoyed the trip despite a fall on loose rocks.

It really has everything you could be looking for in terms of history. Despoina was an amazing guide and provided a lot information on our trip. She also educated us about so many other things about Greek history and culture. Delphi was amazing to see all the ruins and the museum, but just know it will be unguided so you go at your own pace and interests. Definitely helps to do some extra research on what you’re looking at beforehand. The journey to the caves is a little rough in the car but definitely worth it. Stopping and seeing the battle of Thermopylae was a huge interest of mine, and so glad I got to see the area with my own eyes. Despoina also did a great job helping us visualize the battle because most of the land has changed since the battle.

This tour was a once in a lifetime experience. It does require a lot of walking and steps. They threw in little extra things along the way. Felt like a vip for sure! Our tour guide, Costas, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional.

For me the worth of this tour is Delphi, honestly the rest is not worth the time in the car ( traveling). Our guide was profesional but did not put an extra effort to explain.

This was such an awesome tour. The Greek country side was so beautiful driving through it, discovering each plateau as you get further into the mountains. Delphi is truly an amazing place, it’s awe inspiring seeing it and knowing how large of a complex it was and how far the ancient people would come to visit. The corycian cave is amazing too, and the view is unmatched. We had Despoina as our guide and she was amazing, so knowledgeable and happy to answer all my random questions. I would highly recommend this tour, it’s definitely worth it to get out of Athens and see some of the other amazing sites.

It was a long day but very interesting to Delphi , Thermopylae & Corycian Cave which was amazing especially the scenery, history & getting to the cave. We had a lovely lunch at a traditional Greek restaurant. Pam was an excellent tour guide & very knowledgeable around his local area.

AmaIng experience. Very interesting and our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Greece. We stop to eat in a local restaurant with an amazing vide and delicious food. From the culinary experience. The restaurant name is "To Patriko Mas" | Greek Mediterranean Restaurant. Amazing.
