Francy and Alessandro are legends in the kitchen
Francy was the best host with a beautiful personality that shone all night long. Alessandro was also fantastic each bouncing off one another the whole evening. This was an experience where you felt you were having a fun evening with old friends. France called my mother in law ‘mumma’ all night long. We had many laughs, lots of wine and lemonchello! The pasta and gnocchi making was a great experience- expertly taught, very hands on with each guest taking time to check each person’s pasta during the making session. The view was sensational as well, looking back over Florence. As a family of 4 adults of a trip to remember someone who lived good food and was a great cook, this was the perfect experience to share with 8 other people. We will forever remember our experience and thank Francy and Alessandro for making our night one we will talk about for years to come.

Pizza & Gelato
Excellent from start to finish. Well worth the money and Fabio & Alain took time to make everyone feel comfortable and tell stories behind the process and history of pizza and gelato as well as parmigiano reggiano. The entire staff and ciao Florence were wonderful hosts and made you felt completely welcome in Florence and Italy.

Amazing and perfect tour 10/10!!
Absolutely incredible experience. Our guide Noimi was so personable and made our group feel so tight knit even though we had just met. The wine tour was so instructional and the pasta making was so fun! The views of the villa were beautiful and it was nice to explore the grounds. Getting out of the city for a day was well worth it for this excursion, I could not recommend this more!

This was an amazing...
This was an amazing experience all around. Our chef made the whole thing both educational and fun with a love of italian heritage. He walked us through each step, gave us the whys, and was able to help everyone form their doughs. He was so cool and had a lot if passion for teaching! We made 2 pasta shapes and part of the tiramisu. We were provided with lots of wine and a charcuterie plate too. The finished meal of our own pastas turned out great. Our 20 year old had as much fun as we did! The experience was almost 3.5 hours since we all said we were not in a hurry!! Highly recommend if you need time off from seeing sights and museums!!
