Chef Massimo is amazing.
Chef Massimo is incredible. The visits to the market and butcher shop were very informative. He explained and helped with every part of the food preparation and answered every question. He's extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. The food and wine were amazing. This was our 2nd time with his class and will definitely go again! Highly recommend.

Exceptional experience
Communication was awesome. Margarita was amazing! She was knowledgeable, welcoming and so much fun. She made the experience so much better with her excitement for the area and enthusiasm. We loved her. Our bus drive was also very good at navigating the difficult terrain. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful time....
I had a wonderful time. It is cold on the mountain, bring a jacket and wear pants. Alex, the tour guide, was the best we could've asked for. He knows EVERYTHING. The description doesn't say much about the wine tasting. They provide a ton of food and drink. It is totally worth it! Everyone in the group was fantastic!

Don't Eat Beforehand!!
Extremely informative and well thought out tour!! DO NOT EAT any breakfast before you go to the 9:30 am tour!! Made that mistake! Our tour guide, Simona, provided insight into why foods are prepared the way they are and the origins of how they came to be! Very enjoyable and filling tour!!

Sicily may be part of Italy, but this island has a distinct personality unlike anywhere else in the country—as you’ll see from the wide variety of Sicily tours. On the first few days of your trip, you can hike on Europe’s largest active volcano, visit The Godfather filming locations, sample the island’s excellent wine and food, and hit the beach. Then you can explore the historic centers of famous cities, learn to make cannoli, and marvel at the well-preserved remains of ancient Roman villas and Greek (yes, Greek) temples.
