The ultimate Mount Etna tour-highly recommended!

We booked this tour to Mount Etna and this was spectacular from start to finish! Gianni our tour guide pick us up right on time in a comfortable vehicle and drove us up to some of the most breathtaking lava fields and extinct craters. Gianni made our entere group fell completely safe, providing excellent safety gear, checking on everyone’s pace and navigating the volcanic terrain effortlessly. Gianni was incredible passionate, sharing great stories about how local life and agriculture adapt to the volcano! Gianni and the other guide brought us into a stunning volcanic lava cave where they explained about the cave history and legends of the region! Very interesting and fascinating! They are very knowledgeable and wonderful tour guides! The tour ended with a visit to the Gambino winery where we tested the Gambino wines all then with a great quality and good taste! Very recommended! Gianni was above an beyond to make this a magical day over the clouds!

Highly recommended

This was a nice introduction to traditional foods of Catania. Julia was a lovely guide who provided information about the food as well as Catania. She took us to several places, some of which we returned to a few days later. It was a relaxed walk around the city, sampling different types of foods. A very friendly group to spend a few hours with, tasting traditional foods and chatting. Food tours are a great way to be introduced to a city. Recommended.

Very easy to book the experience, our plans changed and I had to add a person and that was done easily through WhatsApp chat. The tour was fascinating,very well organised, it took about an hour in a van from our b&b(where we got collected) we had a lovely tasting experience, then cave education and then nice and relaxed walk up to mount Etna. Really nice and educational and we will have wonderful pictures and memories forever

Amazing Etna Trek

Danilo was a great guide! He was kinda and social and gave us some really cool information, you can tell he loves what he does. The trek was beautiful because we had unusually clear weather so I felt very lucky! Make sure you dress in layers because it can be cool and also warm since you are climbing a mountain. I was picked up and dropped off from my hotel as well. 10/10 Recommend

We had eight people in...

We had eight people in our group which made it a nice small number so we were able to see everything well. We drove about an hour up to Mount Etna. Our van was an eight passenger van, so it was smaller than your typical tour bus. We were able to see many of Mt. Etna's sights including a lava tube. Paolo, our guide, was the reason I gave this tour a five. He was so knowledgeable and so much fun.

A great Etna adventure!

We really enjoyed our tour of mt. etna and the surrounding areas. It was great getting out of the city and going for a hike in nature. Our guide was very kind and knowledgeable. The lunch stop felt authentic and had lots of delicious options. We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes for the hike portion as well as water shoes for the gorge to be able to comfortably explore all stops on the tour.

Do not even hesitate to take this tour- it was AMAZING ! Alessandro definitely takes pride he what he does and it shows. From our initial booking, with me sending him a barrage of texts with questions ( via WhatsApp ) he ALWAYS responded in a timely fashion. In addition coordinating our pick up times and drop off with the ships schedule was effortless. The tour itself was so informational and his knowledge down to every last detail was fantastic. Got to see and do a lot of things on this magnificent tour !

An Amazing Day in Sicily

Excellent tour guide in Catania. Sicily, Italy. I may mot spell it correctly . Cheers to Carrillo. He gave excellent instructions where to meet us by the cruise port. We saw everything and even did some shopping. Beautiful historic sites and architecture. Castelmola was picturesque. Our tour included visiting a family owned cannoli shop to watch them make the delicious treats . We each enjoyed a cannoli. Our day ended with tasting arancini and almond wine from the region. His English was excellent and his car was clean and cool. We invited him to come visit us in Texas and we would take him to a Texan livestock show and rodeo in Houston . It was an amazing day.

Great Experience, filled with surprises!

We had an unforgettable day exploring Mount Etna and visiting the Gambino Winery. Our guide, Martino, was exceptional—knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about his land, its history, and the unique culture of the Etna region. His enthusiasm made every stop more meaningful, from the volcanic landscapes to the vineyards thriving in Etna’s fertile volcanic soil. The stop at the honey farm was a great experience, arriving just before the tour groups, making us feel like it was a private tour! The winery visit was a highlight, with excellent wines, delicious local food, and fascinating insights into the winemaking traditions of the area. Martino came through again, he took us to a private part of the vineyard that was quiet and very romantic. On our way back, we stopped at the Chestnut of One Hundred Horses, and then proceeded on our way, only to be surprised again by a gift of delicious Italian cookies.! If you’re looking for an authentic Sicilian experience, I highly recommend this tour, and Martino. Thank you, Martino for sharing your passion and making our visit so memorable!

Our driver Martino was simply the best. We were fortunate enough to only be two of us on our tour. Martino was so friendly. We exchanged stories and interesting facts, discussed movies that we all like, he even got his mother to give me her recipe for ricotta cheese! It was like we spent the day with a friend not just a tour guide!
