Great tour & guide

Our tour guide Michael was great. He was very informative and friendly. He explained the area and it's history well. We had free time to explore on our own. It was a good pace of sightseeing without being rushed. Michael was very courteous to us and also patient to wait for another couple that was supposed to join us, but never showed up. We highly recommend Viator, their tours are worth it and their guides are professional and great.

A little bit of everything and more!

If you want to see a little bit everything, this is the tour for you. It was so good! Salvatore our driver was so careful and prompt and informative as well and Olegsandra, or guide was so informative and easy going, we had so much fun with them. It was a just what we wanted to see everything and have time for Taormina as well. Would highly recommend this tour, there are several surprises in store they have planned as well, I won't spoil the fun, but it was a perfect day.

Not just a tour - it’s the Sicilian experience!

We had the most wonderful day in Sicily with Alessandro and Marissa, visiting Castelmola, Taormina and Messina. From the very beginning, it was clear that they weren't just there to give us a tour - they wanted to give us a truly memorable experience. We started in beautiful Castelmola, where they took us to what must be the best bar in town. The story behind it is absolutely hilarious - ask Marissa to tell you the story! We had a lovely drink there, tried the original cannoli and, most importantly, had a lot of laughs together. Taormina was another highlight. It is absolutely beautiful, and Marissa brought the history to life with all the stories and details she shared with us. And then, on the way back, Alessandro and Marissa somehow transformed our tour van into a driving karaoke bus! J'& We sang along to some of the most famous Italian songs, which was such a fun and unexpected part of the day. And as if that wasn't enough, they took us for gelato after the tour - the perfect finishing touch to an already perfect day. If you're looking for a day in Sicily that feels personal, fun and full of genuine local experiences, I would 100% recommend Alessandro and Marissa. They have different tours available, so definitely check them out and find the experience that's perfect for you. Thank you both for such a fantastic day - we will remember it for a long time! We LOVED this tour!! Taormina is gorgeous and our guide Corrado was awesome! He gave us just enough info without boring us with facts and history. Plus he took us to the most amazing and oldest cannoli shop in the town! We then headed up to Castelmola which was a spectacular mountain top town and had lunch at a very interesting and very delicious restaurant! It was a fantastic day! I highly recommend this tour!

A fun and memorable tour!

I am so happy I decided to book my tour with Lady Etna Tours. Alex came and picked me up and then we headed to our first stop. In the car he shared his knowledge about volcanos so by the time we reached our 1st stop, I knew everything about volcanos that I needed to know! Alex is a fantastic host and guide. His knowledge and passion for volcanos is second to none. Alex also made sure I had a great experience while focusing on safety at the same time. After the volcano tour, I had a nice lunch and tasting at Gambino winery. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend booking this tour, you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful tour with Mariarita

This was a really fun and informative tour led by Mariarita who had a great sense of humor and gave of a lot of tips on foods to try and things to look out for in each port. The communication was excellent as well. We were on a cruise ship and made it to the stops and back to the ship in plenty of time, but do be prepared for a bit of drive to get to the destinations. Thankfully, great AC on the bus, which was especially welcome on a hot summer day.

Private Messina tour from cruise port

This tour was professionally handled in a great manner. From pre trip communication to meeting at the port to the tour and drop off back at port, this was a great experience. Lilllo was early to pick us up ( we were early too as the pick up was right as we disembarked!). He shared historical, cultural and fun information as we went along the tour. Due to weather, the itinerary was adjusted and we visited unexpected places for a fun treat. He gave us choices and ample time to explore Taormina and Castlemola with a view of Isola Bella. He pointed out fun facts and locations about White Lotus and The Godfather. We chose not to go to the beach because of rain. Transportation was totally comfortable and, on the return to Messina, we were treated with REAL gelato and cannoli’s. The church there was spectacular inside. Our group of 7 had a great experience and much thanks to Lillo for taking us around and teaching us about this lovely place.
