Turtles and cenotes
That was a great tour today. Almost punctual pickup, perfect handover for transport. Safe trip with Jairo. Friendly, laid-back guide Andreas. Explained everything well in multiple languages. Snorkeling gear in good condition. We were able to observe several sea turtles. Saw a ray on the bottom and a whole school of blue tangs at arm's length. The photographer Derek swims with the group and takes pictures of everyone. Back on land after approx. 1 hr. A banana for a quick energy boost, water for thirst. Everything included. Short 20 min. drive to the cenote. Wild paths into the jungle. Life jacket on, jump into crystal-clear water, not too cold. Approx. 1 hr. Small snack for lunch. View photo gallery: The pictures are available for viewing on the tablet. Look great. Ordered the photos right away as a souvenir. Everything perfectly organized, no stress, zero complications. Small group, friendly contacts, nice conversations. What a great excursion!

Buggy tour
This was an amazing experience it was such good fun. The guides were great, buggy’s through jungle was fab and the Cenote was beautiful. The only negative thing I would say is the trip states you visit a Mayan village which you don’t. The guide explained that it is too dangerous which is fair enough but I think it should be taken out of description. This did not spoil our day and would definitely recommend the trip.

Fantastic, informative, and fun!!
Jar (our guide) and Luis (our driver) were FANTASTIC! They were kind, funny, and very informative. Jar was the highlight of the excursion, and made this whole experience worth it. She took her time, answered all our questions, and was so knowledgeable about sea life, the cenotes, and everything in between. The lunch provided at the cenote was great as well. Don’t get me wrong- it’s a long and tiring day!! But this company made us feel so comfortable. They did a great job of making sure we didn’t feel like tourists. Also, I was especially impressed because Jar made sure that the tour guide at the ruins spoke English, French, and German to accommodate everyone on the trip (we had people from Canada, France, Germany, and US!) I would highly recommend, especially Jar and Luis!!!

Photo session booked
Very bad. I booked the Xcaret photo package and then there were no photos of me doing the activities I paid for. They charge you a fortune for the photos with the dolphins and of course it is separate from the package and they do not tell you. They give you an excessive price and when you tell them no, they give you a 50% discount (a scam inside the park) 100 photos.....311 dollars and then 50%. Very, very bad considering how good the park was.

The star of the Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen isn’t only known for its white-sand beaches and tequila-fueled nightlife—it’s also the ideal starting point from which to tour the Yucatán Peninsula. Playa del Carmen tours take you to visit ancient Mayan ruins, swim at picturesque cenotes, and explore natural caves and underground rivers. Adventurous types can also drive an ATV or buggy along rainforest trails, saddle up for a horseback ride, and go ziplining. Or, if you prefer water-based excursions, set sail on a boat cruise, visit tropical islands, and spot sea turtles as you snorkel or scuba dive.
