Fun in Segovia and Avila.
A very full day in two wonderful Spanish cities. Our tour was informative, travel was comfortable in a beautiful bus and our guide, Beatrice, was always looking out for us. Beatrice was professional, knowledgeable, kind and fun. The tour is long and requires a lot of walking. It was a great day and I highly recommend it.

Beatrice!!!
We have spent 16 days traveling through Europe and used Viator for 10 different tours/transfers and we clearly saved the best for last! Beatrice was the best guide we had through our whole trip. She was so engaged and not only provided great information but also “rescued” other tourists who got separated from their groups. One who could not use the headphones was welcomed into our group until her guide could be located but when she said she couldn’t use the headphones, Beatrice had her take her and so she could stay close enough to hear without the headphones. There are people who do their jobs and do them well and others who are just good people who do kind and extra things while they do their jobs and Beatrice is clearly someone who loves her job but also loves people. She was absolutely a gem!

Great day, general overview
This was a great overall tour for anyone looking to expand their knowledge and insights beyond Spain’s major cities. Our tour guide Kostas was very thorough and managed the group well, everything felt very organized throughout an 11 hour day. This tour was bitter sweet because it’s great to see Segovia and Toledo, but there’s only time for a glimpse. I definitely feel like they are worth spending a couple days in! I guess I’ll just have to come back to Spain

3 Cities in 1 day is a great was to see more of Spain while visiting Madrid
We highly recommend this tour. The day was well paced with ample opportunities to get food, drinks, shopping and rest. Our guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the history, cities and sites we toured. We opted for the lunch and cathedral tour and are glad we did. It was a great way to see Spain beyond our visit to Madrid.

Plum in the heart of Spain, Madrid is ringed by historical cities and wine-growing regions, making it an excellent launchpad for out-of-town excursions. Unsurprisingly therefore, Madrid day trips beckon from everywhere and include a plethora of multi-stop tours showcasing attractions like Segovia’s Roman aqueduct, Toledo’s fortress, Avila’s 5th-century walls, and Salamanca’s sandstone plazas. Other magnets include the picturesque hill town of Cuenca and San Lorenzo’s majestic Escorial monastery-palace. If traditional sightseeing rounds don’t appeal, slow the pace on a relaxed wine-tasting excursion: spending the day discovering the vineyards and estates of the nearby Vinos de Madrid wine-growing region.
