Hike is not easy, but...

Hike is not easy, but also not super hard. Activity was very well run. You hike a loop of about 4 miles. You stop several times on the way up. For about half of the way up horses follow you in case it is too difficult you can ride a horse for an additional fee. I recommend renting a hiking stick which is especially helpful on the slippery lava ash on the way down

Difficult but so worth it!

This was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life but I am so glad we did it. The shelters we stayed in we comfortable and we could see Fuego from our room (we stayed in a two person). This was a smaller group which was nice and we had a guide with us the whole time. I recommend getting a porter because without my porter, Kimberly, I would have made it up.

If you’re on the fence on whether to book or not, you should definitely book! Milton was kind, informative, and we thoroughly enjoyed our class! You cook so many different things (tortillas, rellenitos, pepian, guacamole) and he gives you great tips while cooking. The market tour was amazing and very fun to experience. You even get recipes at the end to recreate at home. Highly highly recommend this cooking class.

Great shuttle service

Joshua was our driver and did a fantastic job. Our ride from Antigua to Panajachel was 2.5 hours due to the rain. We encountered a bad accident blocking the main highway we were on. He turned around and took an alternate route without hesitation. He got us to our destination safely. Highly recommend; it’s obvious he has been driving Guatemala for many years.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour! Our driver, Marlon, was punctual, extremely friendly, polite, and respectful. Even though we didn’t speak Spanish, he made a genuine effort to communicate with us in English, share interesting things about his culture, and make us feel comfortable throughout the journey. We really appreciated his enthusiasm and kindness, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the drive. Our tour guide, Joel, was equally wonderful! He was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain Guatemala’s history, traditions, and Maya culture in an engaging way. It’s amazing how much we learned about Guatemala and its rich cultural heritage in just seven hours! Both Marlon and Joel made the experience memorable, and we truly appreciated their efforts. Abdel arrived right on...

Abdel arrived right on time as agreed. The van was very clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. Although the drive from Antigua to Guatemala City Airport was long, Abdel drove very carefully and professionally throughout—never erratic and always attentive. He helped us load and unload all of our luggage and got us to the airport on time. He was friendly and engaging when appropriate, while also giving our family space to relax during the journey. Overall, an excellent driver and a very comfortable experience. We would definitely book with him again!

The experience was incredible! Without a doubt, from the meeting the day before where they explain everything related to the tour, they include several options for clothing, a flashlight, and even a backpack if you need it, which helps a lot if you don't have the necessary equipment; the food included is very good, the service in the offices and the guides are undoubtedly the best! Super attentive the whole time during the hikes and at base camp! The base camp is also very well equipped for sleeping and also has two bathrooms! And of course the path and the views of the volcanoes are incredible! I highly recommend the agency if you want to have a great experience!
