Review

I was very nervous travelling by myself, as a young girl, but the driver glenn made me feel as comfortable and confident as possible! It was an amazing day full of facts, fun and music. I will definitely be recommending to everyone that comes here for holidays. He was so knowledgeable about everything, even the plants and animals. Most of us had never seen a koala or kangaroo and Glenn made sure we saw one or two before the tour ended. Although it was a jam packed day, he always made sure to ask if anyone needed to stop for anything, and let us all sleep or rest our eyes if that was needed. I was very lucky with the people I got in my tour as well and they made the day too. So glad I booked!

Great climb experience

Boy, this goes on the Mount Rushmore of great post-Marathon excursions. I am glad I waited until AFTER the race to enjoy it. The other climbers were great; many were fellow marathoners, and some were cool folks from Brazil who were celebrating their daughter's 16th birthday. Highly recommend, and I was pleasantly surprised that the height never made me feel unsafe. Our guide, Matt, was superb and super friendly, as were the other staff members.

The best tour guide ever: JD!

This experience went above what I was expecting. The places were all wonderful. What really set it apart was our exceptional tour guide, John aka JD. He made everyone on the tour feel included and relaxed. I went as a solo traveler and came out with new friends. I left sad that my family was not there to experience JD’s wonderful story telling and experience. Will be recommending him to all my family and friends back home.

Because the weather was quite cold, snorkeling was a little challenging for me. I’m extremely grateful to **Bunny for the towel and Josh for helping me when I needed assistance**. They made me feel incredibly safe and well looked after! **2. Value for Money:** **Absolutely incredible value!!!** I chose the **Northern Tour**, which included the lookout, Whitehaven Beach, and two snorkeling spots. We spent the entire day out there and had an amazing time. **3. Process & Service:** Even though the meeting point was already quite close, they still offered hotel pickup from the hotel parking lot, which was a really nice touch. Worth the day trip!

The Blue Mountains are exceptional. This was my second time seeing them and visiting Featherdale, but it was my brother’s first and he loved the entire experience. Beautiful views, nothing too strenuous activity-wise that you can’t opt out of if you have mobility challenges, and just an all-around spectacular day trip out of Sydney. If you’re lucky enough to get Rocky as your tour guide, you’re in for a treat!

The whole trip was...

The whole trip was amazing! Bradley and Nadia guided us and they were both really helpful and knowledgeable. The skipper was lovely too. We saw loads of amazing fish and was in the water for around 1 and half hours. My husband has some breathing issues so they went above and beyond to make sure he was ok and could access everything with no issues. On our way back we saw some humpbacks which was an added bonus. There was only about 12 of us but the boat on holds around 30 people so even in peak it wouldn’t be too crowded which I like. I would definitely recommend this trip to others!

The Puffing Billy train is a unique and thrilling experience! We were picked up by Margaret, our guide, in front of Her Majesty’s Theatre in a 20-passenger bus. We rode about an hour to the east of Melbourne to our first stop which was in the rain forest. After a quick 20-minutes in the forest, we were taken to the train station at Belgrave. Our group was lucky in that we got our own carriage and thus, everyone had the opportunity to sit along the rail, which we highly recommend (FYI: small children and pregnant women are not allowed to sit on the sill). The train rolls along at about 15 mph. The thrilling part comes along when the train crosses the bridge and there is no longer ground directly beneath your feet! We made a short stop at Menzies Creek to allow some passengers off. Then, we continued onwards to Lakeside. The total train ride lasted about an hour. Our group had about an hour at the Lakeside train station which houses a gift shop and small café. Afterwards, the drive back into town was about an hour and Margaret provided several convenient drop-off points.

Awesome tour! Excellent driver and guide!

Our whole day was fun-filled and worth every cent! The places we went to were great and really worth visiting. Our driver and tour guide, Jed, was very good, very accomodating and most of all, very knowledgeable! We learned so much from him. He was funny too so it really made the tour very light and amusing.
