The Uffizi could get overwhelming without someone to show you the highlights, but Natalia was such a great, knowledgeable guide who made it digestible for us.
This is a great tour to book if you’re short on time but want to see the best of the museum.

We loved the museum, but unfortunately our guided tour, led by Laura, felt extremely rushed. It also seemed she was focussing on the topics we weren't particularly interested in, such as other facts about Florence in general. We would have loved to hear about the art from an artistic point of view, such as how it was made and what it resembles.

Our experience today with Ana was fabulous. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about the art works. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about these master pieces from her.
Our only problem was other group tours met on the street so we were a little late joining the group as we were looking on the street for our guide and group, not realising it was in an office.

A lot of time was spent waiting in lines. Only a few rooms on the upper level were covered . The guide knew the material but not very enthusiastic.

I learned so much art history on this tour which really allowed me to understand the art and their displays throughout the whole of the museum. Highly recommend. Our guide was great, but I cannot remember his name. Please tell him thank you!

The museum was crowded, but the tour guide, was excellent and personable. She took us through the crowds very efficiently and made sure we stayed together. We were able to see the works of art close and from different perspectives.

This tour was a good introduction to the Uffizi. It started and ended at the scheduled time, and the meeting point was easy to find. Our guide Matteo was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us insight into how the political, cultural and economic conditions of Florence influenced artistic development from the pre-renaissance period up to the renaissance. He also explained the evolution of artistic development during this period.

This tour was great for getting through the Ufuzzi in the short amount of time we had. She showed us the highlights and some things we didn’t have time to wait for that. We might want to see some other time.

This private tour was fantastic! Francesca was so thorough and knowledgeable. We were able to skip the long lines and efficiently move to the art that we wanted to see. We learned a lot and felt relaxed in the Uffizi gallery. We highly recommend this private tour!

Meeting point was easy to find. We still had to wait in line for quite a while, but were then let in faster. The tour itself is quite short, especially considering the waiting time. Because of this, we only saw the most important highlights and missed others (for example, the Medusa).
The explanations from the guide were very good.

We really enjoyed Guido’s tour of the Uffizi. He included Florentine history, an excellent overview of the new features of Renaissance art, and context for some important paintings.

The experience was well organized and right on time. The guide was very personable and made the tour engaging from start to finish. Due to the large number of visitors, we did a fast-track tour, which was incredibly helpful. Despite that, our group remained small and enjoyable, which made the experience even better. For a first-time visit, I highly recommend it!

probably best to have a guided tour.. helps get through lines/queues/ security faster. please not e for this activity youre meant to go to the office which is about 300 m from the uffizi gallery entrance.. you can sit there comfortably while everyone qrivea.. you all get a headaet so yr guide can speqk via microphone.. tour was excellent.. took just under.2 hrs and covered most of the important works with good explanations.. when we attended march 26 lifts mostly broken so quite a few stepa to get to second floor. overall excellent

Tour did NOT last 1 hour and 45 minutes. It was an hour total AFTER navigating our way into the museum.
This was also after we were charged then asked the day before to change our tour time as there were not enough people in our time allotment.
Our guide Laura was knowledgeable and friendly.

Call me ignorant but I really didn’t realize how jam packed the Uffizi Gallery was with absolute masterpieces. The guide really does provide a lot of insight that allowed us to appreciate the artwork even more. You really cannot miss this experience.

Never got in. The line, while organized, was an hour wait before entering for a 1:45 minute tour. We left before entering so I’m not sure if the group actually got in before the tour ended.
I don’t think the tour company or guide is to blame as they said this venue oversells this so much this actually happens quite frequently.
Hopefully Viator will refund the tour?
