Perfect way to experience a hectic, must-do sight
Well worth the money. This place is hectic, with many tourists, groups, and people on the street trying to solicit from tourists. This company was easy to find, kept us organized, and made the mandatory wait time bearable by starting to share info through the headsets while in line. Our guide was engaging and informative. Her expertise definitely helped us appreciate the sculptures and history more than we expected. There is freedom to roam solo in the museum after the tour so no rush.

The transportation was a...
The transportation was a two-deck bus which was very comfortable. The driver, Antonio, did an excellent job. Our guide, Sara D., was amazing. She was funny, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. The train trips were very crowded but, luckily, short. The towns we saw, Vernazza and Monterosso, were very charming and it was great to finally see these colorful towns in person.

Engaging Tour Guides
Johanne, Claudia, and Angela took great care of us and made sure to tell us about the hidden gems and best things to do in each place. I would recommend bringing hiking shoes if you do the hike. The hike is about 1 to 1.5 hours and trail could be muddy. Dress in layers too. I did the hike in October and it gets hot as you power through the trail. Amazing views from the mountain top during the hike, and I would recommend the ferry/boat back.
