Great Experience

This was a really wonderful evening. Very informative, lovely and plentiful food and it finished with a Maori show. The rowing of the Maori boat up the river was an impression of a Maori war canoe, but you needed to use your imagination a little. The whole experience was really great and an experience not to be missed.

The best experience of seeing New Zealand!!

As a Captain on. Boeing 787 Dreamliner I was super impressed with the pilots and their skill, knowledge and professionalism. Jason was our pilot for our experience and he was supremely capable and made the flight for myself and my family unforgettable. I would be remiss to say that this kind of experience is singular (even after 1000s hour of my own flying time) in its indescribably beautiful terrain over, between and through mountains and fjords. The boat cruise down the fjords was equally spectacular!! The whole experience is a must and myself and my family will cherish the memories. I wish Jason, Josh, Sam and the rest of the pilot staff at True North the very and absolute best in their future flying careers!!! Fair winds and blue side up always boys!! Cheers

Amazing experience

It is a long day, 13 hours, but it was well worth the trip. Our driver, Campbell, made all the difference with interesting information, safe driving, and a friendly attitude. The views throughout the trip were spectacular. We considered driving ourselves, but the van was comfortable and a much better option. The lunch and snacks were just the right amount to allow us to make it through the day. We would highly recommend this trip.

Just our Cup of Tea

Thoroughly impressed with the experience here. Our guide "Cup of Tea" was knowledgeable, humorous, and charismatic. The caves themselves were magical, and our guide was kind enough to serenade us with a song written by his ancestor to demonstrate the acoustics of the cave. Short, sweet, and to the point. Coffee is great too.

Milford Sound - a must experience bucket list trip

Definitely recommend the coach trip to get to Milford Sound - a long trip but well worth it. It's been on our bucket list for some time and finally got to go. Perfect weather - not a drop of rain - sunshine throughout. Got to see seals, dolphins, and just the beauty of God's creation.

Great guides! Great Memories!

Liam was a great host; funny, interactive, and willing to provide recommendations. Starting off, he had each member of the group introduce themselves, creating a sense of family between the members of the group, leading us to interact with each other more. Following that, he provided great commentary and knowledge regarding New Zealand on our way to and from our tour points. Ollie, our tour guide for the Hobbiton movie sets, was very knowledgeable regarding the filming process, the set, and LotR in general. One member of our group asked questions about several things, and Ollie was able to give answers along with additional information. Wip was a great tour guide of the Waitomo Glowworm Caves. He was knowledgeable, giving us facts about the Glowworms that we were not aware of. He was also quite funny, loosening up the group with jokes about the caves and glowworms.

My daughter Monika and I celebrated her birthday in Queenstown. Both Waitomo and Hobbiton...

Both Waitomo and Hobbiton are must see locations. Great sights had their system down to a T to get the group around and keep on a time schedule. Our driver, Nikki did a lovely job giving us tons of information during the drive between sites. She pointed out landmarks and points of interest, and had lots of information about native plants and animals. It made the bus ride enjoyable.

Awesome ride and staff!

We had a fantastic ride with our jet boat pilot Joe. One of our group got a bad dose of motion sickness and vertigo, Joe realised he was unwell and dropped him off with his wife, before rhe ride finished. The staff were very lovely offering help and support. The rest of the group loved the ride! So much fun!
