When we booked we were unaware that it was not for someone with mobility issues. So beware. However, the guide went out of their way to walk us right to the museum entrance, past security, and helped us tour on our own. Inside, all of the Vatican guards helped us get around with elevators and paths not normally open to the public. The entire experience was great.

Unfortunately it was very hard to understand the guide clearly. She was very knowledgeable but a lot of the information got lost. The kind of earpiece she had for everyone didn’t help either.
The Vatican Museum was very impressive but the large crowds made it hard to really enjoy everything with enough time.

This was well worth the money, easy instructions to meet our guide, they then took us in via the fast track line and arranged everything for us inside, It was good as it was busier than normal due to the jubilee year. Guide was very informative. I would recommend.

The tickets were easy to find, and having someone help us pass the line outside was super helpful. Our tour guide was kind though we had a hard time hearing the audio. She did her best with the faulty tech!

The good part is that entrance was easy and artwork amazing. However, the tour guide Leonardo (?), spoke with such a heavy accent that he was hard to understand. We only caught about half of what he was saying. He also rushed us through at a very fast pace. This tour was advertised as 2.25 hours. He finished on about 1 hour, 40 minutes. There was no need to push us through the tour that fast.

Not particularly sure this was worth it. We had to get to the meeting point 30-45min early just to walk inside and wait to join the Vatican tour group. So probably didn’t save any time compared to just lining up as normal for the Vatican tour group. The tour itself was fantastic

It was a super busy day and we did not wait in line at all! We couldn't believe it as we were escorted through all the checkpoints quickly and then met our guide inside to start the tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and obviously very passionate about the art. The crowds were insane and it was extremely hot, so it was uncomfortable, but if you are in Rome and you want to see the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, this is absolutely the way to do it!

Our guide was knowledgeable and easy to listen to as we walked through to tour. Note that the tour ends after the Sistine Chapel, and so seeing Saint Peter's Basilica is not included.

Tour directors made it easy to find them and made sure we knew where to go and what to do. Self guided tour was perfect for us. It was a very hot day and Palistine Hill's and Roman Forum ruins were just that....ruins. No signage or maps given to know what you are seeing. The view from the road behind the Victor Emmanuel II National Monument is much better!

We had Christina (Chris) as our guide and she was great! Really sweet and very passionate and knowledgeable about what she was showing us. The only complaint I have was that we sped through the tour. It could have been a little longer but because there are so many people I understand why it wasn’t. Chris really was a great guide and she answered all of our questions really completely. The Vatican art is incredible and so worth seeing. Our tour ended before we entered the Sistine Chapel which was perfect as it allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted looking at Michelangelo’s stunning work. Overall a great experience.

If I could issue a rating of “0”, I would. Our adult family (USA) of 5 had booked a 4:30 tour, as we only had 2 days in Rome, and an earlier tour on our Vatican day. The day before our tour, the tour operator messaged us, indicating a meeting time of 3:20. A later message indicated 3:15. Because we had a confirmed booking notification for 4:30, we didn’t notice the THREE:15. We arrived shortly after 4:00…for our 4:30 tour. It had left at 3:20!!!! We were astonished that the tour operator would/could do that, especially since our confirmation stated that the tour operator would not allow changes to our booking (obviously by us). Because of our earlier tour, we could have never arrived earlier for this tour! I immediately contacted aviator. We were so disappointed that we traveled 1/2 way around the world and couldn’t see the Vatican!! Viator was helpful in issuing a refund. Be very careful in booking with this tour operator-you could end up terribly disappointed in so many ways.

And changing before hours is something good we guess so you have the time to manage the situation
Honestly we don't feel we are 0 but 10 and we will continue to be 10 because we are proud and proud of what we are doing.

Claudia was an amazing tour guide through a very busy Vatican! She shared so many wonderful learning opportunities for us and made sure we got to the Sistine Chapel before it closed (it was a 4:30 tour). We went onto the Basilica alone and was overwhelming and amazing! Definitely plan to hang around after the tour is done.

Communications with the provider were excellent until we tried to find the meeting location. Via phone calls everything finally worked out and the tour listing has since been updated with an actual address so future folks should not have an issue. Thanks!
The provider gave us and others in the group an amazingly fast entry to the Vatican/Sistine Chapel complex and then handed the group over to a Vatican Museum English tour guide. So the provider is not leading the tour. We were surprised, but the Vatican guide was excellent. Even if we'd purchased 'skip the line' tickets on our own, we would not have known how to navigate the complex with the speed that Dario got us in, so it was well worth the purchase.

Our tour guide met us promptly to take us to the Vatican. Trust me, you want to skip the line! The guide inside was amazing, funny, and hospitable. Very informative! Loved it.

This was our first trip to Rome and this tour was excellent! Our tour guide was friendly and headsets helped to hear in the busy museum. This tour covered so much! We learned so much about the artwork but also the rich history of Rome and the artists. Be prepared to walk! 😀

Our guide was fantastic, she was very informative. Whenever we were outside she made sure we were in the shade. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this tour. Went with my family, included a 12 year old and a 70 year old.

Let start out by saying the when it’s 96 degrees outside buildings should have some type of air circulation. The museums were extremely hot. The guide was talking soooo much and kept telling us that he hoped we would have enough time to see the Sistine Chapel!

We suggest to everybody to visit the museums in month of low season as you can avoid the crowds and the 96 degrees! Unfortunately in the sistine chapel is not possible to stay as long as you want due to security reasons.

Incredible. The Vatican staff are terrible but the sights are amazing. Vatican staff are super rude and super disorganized.
