Good way to see the highlights of London. Regular buses on 3 different routes. Plenty of stops near to attractions.
The only problem we had, was on the the second bus the audio commentary was broken, as we found this information helpful and interesting on the other routes taken on the day.
A good way of seeing places without getting tired walking.

St. Paul’s Cathedral was like nothing I’ve ever seen. Even more impressive than I expected. For the full effect, climbing the stairs to the dome is a must. You’ve got to be in really good shape though. I only made it to the first level.
Wendy_L, Apr 2026
There is no 12.30pm tour as there is a Eucharist service held every day to which visitors are invited to take part.
Cindy_S, Apr 2026
Plan enough to get there. Traffic is usually very heavy. But the church is so very big and beautiful. It’s hard to take it all in. But so worth a visit! The climb to the top of the dome is a must…it’s surreal!! And the lower leaves has many hidden gems…the remembrance plaques, artifacts, cafe and gift store. And the iconic entrance steps (the old lady who feeds the birds from Mary Poppins sat upon them) are so recognizable! Well worth a visit!

The tours are free. Entrance is not. Two tours, 30 min of main floor. 90 min of main floor and crypts. There is an additional 257 (?) steps to the whispering walk, or additional steps total over 500 to two other areas that are great for pictures. It’s very narrow getting to the very top. Our guide did not go to the top. One of our group had done it about a year ago so we did not do it this time.

Beautiful cathedral. It is worth the effort to climb the 564 steps to the top of the dome and go outside for the 360 degree views.
Marie_A, Apr 2026
0ver 500 steps to the top lookout but well worth the view. Halfway gives an incredible view of the inside of cathedral looking down! Second half of journey to top is a little slow going as the stairs are more narrow. At 68 and some fear of heights it was a little bit of a challenge but so glad I pushed past my fear and kept going! Cathedral was breathtakingly beautiful!

St Paul's cathedral is a landmark to visit. So much history and beauty to be seen. If you can, take the time to climb to the top.
Alexis_C, Apr 2026
Sooo beautiful. Worth the time and money. Great views of the church and Paris. Its a lot of stairs (500+) but the views inside and outside are very worth it. Had a great time

Excellent value. Very interesting experience. Awesome views of London. Takes at least 2 hours . Well organised.
Lorraine_B, Mar 2026
Beautiful church - I opted not to take a guided tour, but rather enjoyed just wandering through and admiring the architecture.
Colin_A, Mar 2026
Excellent easy access and early with no problem top notch lady tour guide (whose name sadly escapes me but she received her tour guide badge just on the 12th March she made the day . Go to the top lot of steps but worth it

The meet location is behind the cathedral. There are three entrances. Make sure you know which door to meet the local guide. Mine was terrible. Didn't respond to any of my messages on where to meet the group.
I didn't end of finding the guide. Essentially got entry to the cathedral and did my own audio guide, which was not bad.

Be prepared to walk up 528 steps to get to the golden gallery. But if you can you must do it. The view is spectacular, the best in London.
Victoria_P, Feb 2026
Buy your tickets at cathedral. They offer students and seniors 65 and over a discount which Viator does not. Viator shows the meeting stop as the courtyard but you actually show your ticket at the entrance. Poor communication Viator and I’d like a refund for your miscommunication since I waited in the courtyard.

Ben was a great tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and friendly! Thoroughly enjoyed this experience!
Kathleen_P, Jan 2026
This tour is a real gem! Such a beautiful cathedral full of history and tributes of veterans! Did the audio tour which was so informative!
Karsten_G, Jan 2026
It’s a great building but it’s basically a war memorial. If you like statues of British soldiers, you should check it out.
Suzanne_D, Dec 2025
Frustrated our 16 y o could not climb to the top of the dome without an adult - was not disclosed when purchasing our tickets - would have gotten him an adult ticket to allow him to do it - very frustrating and disappointing visit when denied the main reason to visit

What a beautiful place. I've been to cathedrals all over the world and they are all worth the climb to the top! The chapel dedicated to the soldiers of WWII, and the tomb for the unknown soldier was very moving. The cafe also had a lovely selection of refreshments. Wonderful.
Julie_K, Dec 2025
Be sure to allocate at least three hours in this cathedral. They have a 45 tour and a longer tour. We didn't plan enough time here for the longer tour so we did the 45 minute tour. It was fantastic. Again, we were not able to climb the stairs to the dome as we only allocated 2.5 hours at the cathedral.
Brigid_G, Nov 2025
The instructions said that if we arrived by 4pm, we could join a guided tour. We arrived at 350. The guided tours ended At 3pm. Viator owes us a
Credit for this tour.

We never got our tickets from viator though the charge went through on American Express. We filed a claim to cancel the charge.
Nancy_C, Oct 2025
I wish I could give zero stars. The app didn't work and we did not get our tour. I was told I would receive a refund and I was happy with that. Unfortunately, I did not get the refund so I asked again. I supplied proof that I was told I would be refunded (conversation on Whats Ap), I was still denied. They say I activated the app. I did not. It did not work. They are not issuing the refund. This is actual robbery.
Magenthran_G, Oct 2025
Was excellent except for lifts not working.
Was amazing and breath taking. Really wished we could have got up with a lift. The stairs are too steep. So recommend do this tour early and not after walking a lot.
Heather_O, Oct 2025
Highly recommend walking all the way to the top of the cathedral if you can handle all of the steps! It was a lot of steps, but our 7 year old was able to manage it!
David_B, Oct 2025
A complete audio tour which can be as detailed and paced as you like. Plenty of places to sit and reflect on this magnificent place.
Tinatulip, Oct 2025
If you love cathedrals and history you will not be disappointed. I really enjoyed visiting this beautiful church.

Need better direction on which line to check in on. Had to go through 2 lines. Lost time given the crowd size
