Exceptional Customer Service!

Our tour guide, Hermann was exceptional! He was humorous, and very knowledgeable and shared some really fun information. I was also very impressed because my teenage daughter and I missed our message that we were supposed to arrive at the pick up location earlier, even though I checked several times because other tours I booked blatantly stated the time of arrival. So that stressed me out very much in the beginning, but they were over accommodating in between speaking with Brittany with customer service and Herman, they allowed us to meet up with our group. Brittany worked diligently to make sure that we were picked up at our location and transferred to our tour bus. We were very appreciative and it would have been a very sad day if we missed our excursion! So thank you so much for the exceptional customer service!

Great day!

We had an absolutely amazing day exploring the incredible scenery around Vancouver! Our tour took us through Squamish, where we enjoyed the breathtaking Sea to Sky Gondola, then continued on to Whistler, which was absolutely beautiful. We loved exploring the village, shopping, and taking in all of the spectacular mountain scenery. We finished the day with a stop at the stunning Shannon Falls. While every stop along the way was incredible, **the best part of the entire experience was our amazing tour guide, Jessica!** She was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and made the entire day so enjoyable. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience, sharing interesting information, answering all of our questions, and making the tour feel fun and personal. Fabulous Vancouver

We had the best day with Casey. We were picked up at our hotel and rode in a comfortable coach on our tour. There is alot to see and appreciate in Vancouver. Its a beautiful city with interesting modern high rises mixed in with older brick west coast modernist architecture. The Stanley Park seawall lines the shoreline for 5+ miles and provides a gorgeous route for walkers and bike riders. Casey pointed out some of the remaining 800+ year old cedar trees. We went to the Grenville island market...absolutely fantastic. Could have spent a day looking at everything. The Vancouver Lookout was another great stop. I loved the glass elevator ride to the top. Fab views of the city. Our last and most exciting stop was the Capilano Suspension bridge. Deliciously wobbly 450 ft long bridge taking you over to the island where we did a tree top adventure and cliffwalk. Both wonderful experiences.

Definitely put this on...

Definitely put this on your to do list!! The bridges are fantastic and the forest is beautiful. Be prepared to lose your balance, it can happen with all the people walking on and off the bridge. The employees are great. The only hiccup was the the ride to the bridges. The pickup location it shows in directions is not where you need to go. The bus picks you up on the street near the green umbrellas and runs every 15 minutes.

Great water view and tour of Vancouver Island. Very well organized and a friendly staff. All four adults loved it. We went on a day with almost no wind and 65 degrees. A t-shirt with a light sweater was fine. If things get too cold, you can go inside, which has nice big picture windows for viewing.

Our driver/guide, Andre, was awesome! He made the ride enjoyable with his trivia questions and fun facts.

Such a beautiful time on the mountain, lots of things to do. Sadly the BBQ place wasn't open & had apparently not been open for several days, maybe it's end of season? Met a wonderful gentleman who works on the mountain named Glenn, so kind and knowledgeable, we were luckily enough that he was ending his shift when we were about to head back down, he got on with us & was like our own personal tour guide pointing out different things in the area - thank you Glenn!!

A Wonderful Experience

The experience was wonderful! It was a very safe and comfortable flight, and both the takeoff and landing were very smooth. The views were incredible. Seeing the beauty of Vancouver from that altitude was truly special, especially because we were able to see areas we had never seen before. The only thing I felt was missing was having a guide or someone to explain the names of the different areas we were flying over. That would have helped us better understand where we were and get a better sense of the city.
