Taking the elevator to the viewing area. We were greeted by a staff member who said we could download an audio guide but there is no wifi ???
Apart from this the vista is great with small plaques giving some information on each area.

Spend money on something else. It was easy to find. Windows appeared dirty. Admission cost should be half of what was charged to get even a slight recommendation. Have been in other lookout towers in big cities with view more interesting. Can see the beauty of Vancouver on bridges and beachfront.

The view from the top was pretty good. Some sides were limited due to taller more recent buildings.
Directions to location were close but not entirely accurate. Eventually got there soon after.
Information upstairs was good and helpful. Didn't want to play on phone as there were already others doing it and made it hard for them.
Could suggest that people bring headphones or Bluetooth pods.
Staff communication was only as little as possible.
No warning about glass backing to lift as could be daunting to some people. I mentioned this to the staff downstairs when leaving and didn't seem to understand or care.
Could recommend using space upstairs with a cafe or other sponsor information booth.

The audio connects to your phone, but kept stopping and starting over. Decided to not use it and just read along the way.
The tour was worth it for the price, just for the experience of doing it.

It was a very interesting trip. I like to see the city from above - it is easier for me to explore it later, and if I have already seen something, I can relate it to a specific location in the city.
The use of the terrace is perfectly organized. If there are not many people, you can walk around it at your own pace and return to the place you have already been.

Really good to see the whole city of Vancouver from the Harbour Centre tower. Ask about the butterfly tower recently built situated near the Sheraton Wall Centre. We were in the look out for an hour.

I feel this is a must see and it's helpful getting a ticket through this deal. While I'm not a fan of heights, this is something I liked doing and by the time I made it here, the weather had cleared up. This allowed such a better view.

360 degree spectacular view from the top of the Lookout. I downloaded the guided tour on my phone and listened to a very detailed story about the city of Vancouver walking from one window to the next one. The weather was perfect to see clearly everything,

Our flight and traffic from the airport prevented us from getting to this by 5:30 which we did arrive before 6pm but were told it was closed. I called for refund or to reschedule for next day and representative said no.
