We had a fantastic experience on this tour. Our guide, Jessica, is just the best you can ask for. She is by far the most knowledgeable guide we have had on a tour. We started with a city tour, spent 20 minutes at the totem poles in Stanley Park, spent around 2 hours at the Capilano Bridge Park, and about 2 hours at Granville Island. It was a beautiful day and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the tour. We would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time on the Vancouver City Tour, including Granville Island and Capilano Suspension Bridge. It was the perfect way to experience some of Vancouver’s most beautiful and iconic attractions.
A special thank you to Greg, our bus driver and tour guide with Westcoast Sightseeing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts and local history throughout the day. He also had a great sense of humor, making the tour both fun and engaging. Most importantly, Greg genuinely cared about everyone on the tour, making sure we were comfortable, informed, and enjoying every stop.

The tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable about the local neighborhoods we traveled through. Our tour happened to take place on the same day the FIFA Canada soccer game was going on and our guide was able to navigate the MANY closed roads to still get us to all of the destinations without delay. KUDOS!!!

If you’re looking to squeeze in as much as you can in one tour, this one is fabulous. My only suggestion would be to cut back the amount of time at the Granville Island markets.

Joanne was a wonderful tour guide and bus driver! She was informative and very calm driving around a busy city. We really like the stops and opportunities to get off the bus and look around and take pictures.
We would have liked to have better air conditioning!

Most of the trip was good. Our bus broke down while at the bridge and we had to wait an hour for the mechanic to get there. Got back on the road and was told she was cutting the tour short and going straight to Granville Island. We got there late in the day and there wasn't anything to do. We had a bag of souvenirs from previous stops. The driver stated she was going to take some passengers to the airport and would be back and said we could leave our items on the seat. However, she didn't come back. Instead, she sent another bus - without our souvenirs. She assured the new driver she would get our items to our hotel. She didn't do that, instead stated we were told we needed to go get them. We didn't stay in the city and it was very costly for us to get back there. We called and talked with a supervisor, who agreed to split the cost to ship the pkg (pretty small, would not have cost much). I gave all my information to the customer service rep. We have been home almost 2 weeks and have not received our package. We are very disappointed in the whole experience. Will be very hesitant to use Viator in the future.

Our guide Mary was so knowledgeable and funny. We learned a lot about the city. Stanley Park and the Capilano Suspension Bridge were amazing. Great shopping and eating on Granville Island.
Info on where to check in was a little confusing but overall we were really happy with the tour.

We traveled today with Vinny the Gorgeous. He was excellent. We had the best time. We absolutely loved the Capilano suspension bridge and the Granville Island market. This was a fantastic way to see Vancouver before we flew out.

This is the first tour I’ve been on where I learned very little about what we were seeing. He dropped us off at the totem poles in Stanley park with absolutely no history or back story of their importance. We were quite disappointed, he doesn’t have the personality for a tour guide. We learned more today on another tour in 20 minutes than we learned in the 5 hour tour yesterday.

Stanley Park and Capialano Bridge were terrific! Great sites and history.
Granville Island was an after thought and waste of time for us.
Dave was also a terrific ambassador, enjoyed all but the last hour and a half at Granville.

The PA system, onboard the bus, was way too loud. The stop in Stanley park was very picturesque. However, the stop at the Capilano suspension bridge was spectacular!! And exploring the surrounding area was quite nice. The stop on Granville Island was virtually worthless. I would recommend any tour that includes just the Capilano bridge but leaves out Stanley park and Granville Island.

The Capilano park was excellent. I can’t say the same about Granville Island. Capilano was exciting and fun. Granville Island is more of a shopping experience. One good thing to say about Granville is that you will find Canadian made goods. Our tour guide Jason was funny and knowledgeable about the Vancouver area. He made the ride fun with his jokes. Our bus had a problem with a malfunctioning a/c. Jason did his best to correct the problem but it was not solved during the tour.

Capilano bridge and walkways are amazing but have lots of steps. Time there was just enough but a bit longer would have been better.

This was a great way to see the city and not have to drive! A smaller bus picked us up from the designated pickup point and delivered us to our tour bus. It was very comfortable and Dave did a great job informing everyone of the history and development of Vancouver. We really enjoyed the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Something to experience if you don’t mind the bridge swaying! It is a beautiful place to visit.

Was the highlight of Vancouver to see the Canyon Lights at Capilano suspension bridge. I had no idea when I booked it that the lights were up and it was the last night. It was magical, I wish we had more time at this location. We saw Stanley Park and ate lunch at Public Market in Granville then drove through Vancouver seeing landmarks due to the protests that were occurring downtown. I wish we had more time at each spot but I realize it is a long tour. I definitely will go back to these locations to enjoy more. This is a perfect tour if you only have a day or two in Vancouver.

Great experience. Had sufficient time at Granville island and at Capalino bridge. Would have been better without rain but we were given umbrellas. Small group allowed a great tour. Driver tour guide was quite knowledgeable Of Vancouver.
