What are people saying about Monte Albán

It’s a bus service more than anything
It’s basically a bus to get you back and forth to Monte Alban. You do get about 30 minutes with a local guide at Monte Alban explaining the history, and he was good. However the meeting location to pick up the bus is confusing and not well explained. The bus was clean, air conditioned, and the driver was friendly. If you have the 8am pickup you don’t leave Monte Alban until noon.

Great tour of Monte Alban
Our guide Miguel was very knowledgeable and passionate. The guided tour lasted for about 2hrs, then we had 1hr of free time to explore by ourselves. Good balance and ample time! Alternatively, they offered to take us back to the city at a later time if we wanted. Great experience overall!
